I just had a great experience at the Extra Space Storage on Montgomery Ave in Rockville. Khin was an amazing customer service agent and took the time to explain things to me in detail, even though it was closing time! She’s awesome!?

Kim Khin was very helpful. She helped me pick a unit and reserved it for me while I was out of town. She showed me the facility and assisted me with a cart.

Great customer service here for getting and transferring storage units. This is my third or fourth time renting a unit and this place has the best service by far from all of the staff members.

A surprisingly nice facility. Very easy to get in and out of. They provide carts you can borrow. Office is nice. Eco friendly proximity lighting. Best space per dollar in the area. They provide a bathroom, too.

Very clean and convenient location—I really like the loading bays, which allow you to park in a covered space and easily unload your items onto the provided carts. I felt safe moving my things here, which was an important factor in choosing a facility. Manoj, the manager, is very friendly and responsive, and was helpful in explaining how the loading bay doors worked and where everything was. It was also super easy (and very helpful) to be able to rent the unit over the phone!

This facility was very well run, clean, and easily accessible. I was in and out over the span of a year while downsizing and moving and always felt safe and comfortable taking things there and removing them. By renting during a sale and paying for several months up front, this was a much more economical option then several other places I explored. I was exremely pleased with my experience.

Clean, well-organized, easy access but secure. The best factor that makes this a look-no-further space is management. Farid, the manager, is efficient, knowledgeable, customer- friendly, caring and helpful. And that makes all the difference whenever you interact with a business.
