I went to make a transaction with my card at the cashier's office, and a dark-skinned guy, I don't know his name, treated me in an abusive manner. I had better cancel my transaction. How is it possible that they have people with that character working in customer service!

I was in the middle of picking up the prescription for my young daughter in the drive through when the clock rolled over to 1:30. They passed my credit card and prescription card back and said we're closed at 1:30 and to come back. When I pointed out they had already taken my credit card and were holding the medication, they complained they had already closed the register and they refused to complete the purchase. I don't know if the computer automatically locks, and I don't really care. It's a special level of apathy to start a transaction and just stop while looking at my sick child.

Do NOT order photos from here (or shop here in general if you can help it). Placed a photo order for same-day pickup. 2 days later told me they hadn't even tried to print it and could not print it. Zero communication before I arrived that the order could not be fulfilled. Staff were of no help - told me to reorder from a different CVS and offered no help in doing so. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible experience at the pharmacy and at the front register. Every time I walk into this store, I sense a heavy negative energy from the employees. The pharmacy team treat patients as if they are doing us a favor; they are disrespectful, and a don’t bother me attitude. And the front cashier… 🤦🏻♀️ sigh…oh my… The register was not showing the correct prices/discounts, I asked the cashier for help. This is only one example of the entire conversation with the cashier. So, one of the purchases was 2 sodas/pop, where the cost is $2.99/ea. or 2/$5.00. I let him know that the system is not applying the discount; to which he responded “it is applying the discount because 2 for $2.99 comes out to about $5.00”. 🤔
I go back to the refrigerator to take a pic of the price. After the cashier looked at the price from the picture, he tells me that the $2.99 price is for customers and the 2/$5.00 deal is for employees and that he is not going to give me that deal. SIGH…
I was not going to argue, so out of 6 items that I was attempting to purchase, I only purchased the one item I needed the most (milk). BTW - The milk was also charged $0.40 higher than the price shown in the fridge, but I just wanted to get out of there and have milk for my morning coffee.

The store manager has an unnecessary attitude toward customers. No wonder why the rating is so low. Avoid.

Chronically and painfully understaffed at the front. I stood at the register for ten minutes while the girl behind the counter waited for her manager to get back since she couldn’t help me and was “in training”. Refrigerated section also chronically understocked with mislabeled items. Go to a Walgreens or something instead.

helpful staff. clean and full of products shelves. It offers coupons however prices are still high for grocery products

If you plan to take any vaccines here, be aware you need to wait longer than expect. Had and appt at 615pm and haven’t see nobody calling until 7pm.

Store at Rockville Pike and Rt. 355, Rockville, MD.
Terrible experience. While searching, rang the cosmetics bell multiple time with no response. Surprised to find a tall heavy set male staff (manager?) standing near me on his phone, completely ignoring me.
Then when I went to check out, there was no staff visible in the store. After 5 minutes, calling "hello", this same man came charging from the back yelling at me for calling out. I was upset for hours afterward.
Terrible store. Always empty during weekdays despite its busy location. I do not use Express check outs because I have multiple coupons, Rewards, etc.. In the end, he didn't give Rewards I was due.
Never had an experience like this at Tysons CVS where people are so helpful.

15 minutes waiting for some help at the self-checkout, with no one in sight. I even called the store. Terrible service.

What time does the store opens actually? I just went there at 7:10am and it was closed but it says that opens at 7am. If the store does not open at 7am, I would suggest changing the hours online and the store.
