The worst pharmacy ever! They have a lot of floaters that work there and they can care less how long you wait. I always have to wait in line or in the drive through for an hour to get my medications.

The best CVS that exists in Rockville, MD area. Grant is one of the extraordinary person I ever met. He is exceptionally make you believe that CVS is somewhere you can actually get excellent customer service. When it comes to pharmacy, I was mesmerized by the Highly Educated, qualified,extremely professional, most importantly, a group of pharmacist and technicians that are super passionate in what they do. Pharmacist go above and beyond to help patients understand everything they should about the med about they pickup. The pharmacist herself checked everything to make sure no mistakes and confusion unlike other CVS located at 9920 Key W ave Rockville. I will write a separate review on this but CVS must shutdown the store sooner than later. The store is clean well organized, it also has plenty of safe parking spaces.The best CVS in the state of Maryland.👏🏾👏🏽👏👏🏿👏🏾👏🏻

My doctor called in a new dosage of an RX. CVS told me my insurance company said it was too soon to fill so I called my insurance company and got an override. I called the pharmacy yesterday at 4 PM and left a voicemail that I had received the override and they could put it through. Never heard anything so I called again at 4 PM today and left a second voicemail. Still never heard anything so I left work early and raced to get there before they closed. I got there at 7:55 PM, five minutes before they closed, waited in line, so the rude young woman who waited on me could tell me they wouldn’t fill it because they were closed. After waiting 24 hours for them to fill a prescription without any response to two voicemails, they should have filled it for me whether they were closed or not. I had to have the prescription transferred to another CVS because I need it tonight. What’s the point in having a voicemail system if they’re not going to respond to messages? Just a complete waste of my time.

The 'photographer' has just refused to help me because she had a lot of orders. I found her chatting with her colleague, but as soon as I asked for passport photos she blatantly refused to help me. I am still shocked by the terrible service. She even had the nerve to refer me to another store.

Had a vaccine appointment, went to check in area. Pharmacy staff saw me waiting there and continued to talk, joke and stock medications instead of inquiring why I was there. I waited for ten min and left. Rescheduling at different facility down the street
