Profits over people. There are never enough workers in the pharmacy. The workers that are there are doing some many things at once, so many things that mistakes with medications are inevitable. Meanwhile, the customers just sit in long pharmacy lines.

The cashier on Christmas morning was especially Grinchy. Unhelpful and rude when I tried to use a coupon. I was taught not to condescend customers when I worked at a store.

This CVS store was open late night. I stopped by to pick up some house hold cleaning supplies and the store had the items I needed in stock. The store was easy to navigate to locate what you need.

I wish I could give -50 stars. This has got to be the worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. I was in a car accident 2 weeks ago and have not had a car so I had to leave for my parents today without being able to get my medication refilled prior. When I arrived here I realized I was pretty low and it couldn't wait 24 hours to fill. This woman at the pharmacy sent me on a wild goose chase trying to get my prescription transferred. Gave me the wrong instructions on how to get it transferred. Then gave me the wrong information on what Walgreens told her. Then I asked if she could tell me which cvs had it in stock. At this point I was frantic and almost in tears bc I was starving and knew I needed to eat but I didn't have insulin. She just said sorry I cannot help with that you will have to call around. The next cvs I called gave me other cvs spots that showed stock within a few minutes so this lady clearly lied. My parents always struggle with this cvs as well. Absolutely horrible.

On the CVS scheduling website it clear shown Novavax COVID is available in all location. Once arrived I was informed by the pharmacy tech they will only provide this vaccine when 5 people sign up. The pharmacist offered to call when they have enough people sign up and due to this 5 people limit 1580 Rockville Pike location have not provided Novavax COVID in the past, when I further inquired the possibility actually getting this vaccine she deviated the question. I understand this may be an internal CVS policy, but it is not clearly disclosed. And the mannerism of pharmacy tech further escalated my unsatisfaction of this visit.

If you visit this pharmacy, please note the average wait time is 30 minutes to an hour. Not because they have to fill the medicine but because they don't have enough workers, and the workers they do have take time.

The experience at this pharmacy is awful. I was on hold trying to get through to them 3 different times for over 30 minutes. It took them until 6 PM to fill one simple prescription sent over at noon. I had to call the corporate number to get through to get them to fill it. They didn’t apologize and said they didn’t have time to get to it because they were giving flu shots. Will no longer be filling prescriptions here.

for all immunocompromised people trying to get novavax -I confirmed with them over the phone that I could walk in for a novavax vaccine. When I get there, they said they will only vaccinate people in groups of 3, no individuals, and shooed me away.Costco in Gaithersburg has novavax vaccines and doesn’t have this same rule. Go to Costco for your novavax vaccine and steer clear of this place.

I find everything I am looking for. Staff is polite and supportive. Almost always I use their 40% discount or sales actions.It is also very useful to order through the CVS mobile application - you can see your total amount of discounts and availability of the items at the particular store.I also ordered delivery several times.You can also choose your items for pick up. Very convenient, especially, when you don't have time to look it on the shelves.

They literally get so mad when you....try to fill a prescription? Mind boggling. If they make a mistake they'll tell you to come back tomorrow, they don't have time to fix it. Lovely people when they're not treating you like you're the problem for being there trying to fill a prescription.One Note: do not ever expect to get a "waiter" medication filled here. Minimum turn around is 24 hours.

Awful don’t fill you prescription here. Called was told would be ready at 2:36 went at 3:30 was not ready said if waited would be 30-45 minutes. Waited wasn’t ready so left went back 5:05pm still not ready. Don’t lie to people just tell will be hour plus so can make decisions. Sorry awful experience and will not fill anymore prescriptions at this location.

One of the worst CVS Pharmacy in Rockville. the staff in the pharmacy are not trained, you have to wait for long time to get your prescription. Staff not polite, they don't know what to do. Horrible service. I do not recommend to go there or put your doctor prescription there. you will waste your time and energy.

consistent terrible customer service! Liars bc they say one thing and do something else. I will not be returning here. Was a customer for over 5 years to this CVS location and just had enough of their attitude and incompetency to provide an easy going transaction.

Just like every other CVS pharmacy!!! Worst service! Was on hold for 40 mins….then it took technician an Unnecessary long time to correct issue! Then she assured me it would be ready by 5pm! Arrived at 6:30 still not ready!!!! The worst! I will officially change to Walgreens! Hopefully better service!And very understaffed

Yes there are 4 employees working to do what seems to be nothing. No point in reviewing just avoid. This has been a tremendous inconvenience and I'm surprised this cvs creates renevue at this point.
