I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I received at CVS Pharmacy. They automatically filled an important medication for me, which greatly reduced my stress. From the pharmacist who administered my vaccination to the technician who rang me up, everyone was professional, kind, and pleasant — something you don’t always see these days.
The staff was prompt, attentive, and created a genuinely positive patient experience. It’s refreshing to encounter such thoughtful and seamless care. I will definitely share the good news with others and hope more people experience the same positive service I did. Thank you for your dedication!

As an environmentalist, I have to write this review, despite often getting nice to acceptable customer service.
My account has been set to ONLY E-MAIL since CVS (thank god given those crazyly wasteful receipts of yester year) has this option over a year ago now.
Yet a few times now I have said to the counter staff person "no receipt, right?" before the transaction has been finalized, and tonight was another instance of another Fing printed receipt.
I figure that there is a way to select print a receipt despite my setting, but surely if you get that the customer wants a e-mailed receipt on screen, AND I tell you before that screen comes up I want it e-mailed, DON'T PRINT ME A Fing receipt.

This cvs pharmacy opens at 9am.
Their service is a bit slow and the customer service is not the best. It does the job.

Google says pharmacy open till 10pm. Defintely not open till 10. I went by at 745pm, closed. Pharmacybhere has always been terrible. Par for the course.

I called three times to speak with the pharmacy. Each time has a 20 minute wait, only to be hung up on.

Don't order pick up in store from online. Cashier said its been down for several days. Phone line is always busy as well. If you call to cancel they can't until after 3 days.

The store opens at 08:00. I was knocking on the door at 08:00 because the doors weren't open. I'm a vendor who has no time to waste. And your employee took his good old time opening the door after looking right at me. He didn't open the doors until 08:04. Wasting 4 minutes of not only my time but my other customers.
