Provided wrong insurance coverage information. Delayed processing of prescription sent directly from doctors.

It took forever to make the prescription ready. More than 1.5h at 10pm when the pharmacy was not busy at all.

I set up an appointment for the minute clinic 24 hours in advance. Showed up for them to tell me they never got it and despite my evidence on my phone of my appointment being at that location at the specific time I arrived, they refused to see me and told me the next available time was two days from then. Horrible customer service and terrible admin handling.

One pharmacist on duty on a Friday at 600 pm. Unacceptable. Was told my prescription that was already called in days earlier would be ready "in 15 minutes" one hour later the pharmacist is still not available. Low level of customer service here, if you need something promptly go elsewhere.

My CVS is by far the best in its customer services and inventory. The store manager Axel is exceptionally helpful always with a greeting smile no matter how busy the store is and the pharmacist Girish takes very good care of all my prescriptions, so my meds can be obtained with minimal hindrance. The store is spotlessly clean at all times and very pleasant staff at all shifts! 24/7! I highly recommend my CVS at Cabin John shopping center! — Shubo Mukherjee.

This is an extremely unprofessional pharmacy. I waited over an hour for a vaccine appointment and when I finally went to the counter to ask they claimed I had been called. The loudspeaker is too muffled and cannot be heard over the music in the pharmacy area.

Pharmacy is extremely busy. However, the store was a joy to shop. There were tons of children in the store, but the manager and store reps were able to accommodate everyone! Shout out to Daniel and Ali! Please say hi to them while you are in the store. They did an excellent job of managing the crowds from the school across the street while making sure every customer was attended to with personalized service! Wonderful team! Keep up the good work CVS in Bethesda on Old Georgetown Road.

The pharmacy in this CVS Pharmacy offers lousy services to its customers. Wait times in person or by phone are ridiculously long and simply unacceptable. The attitude of most pharmacy staff is as if they are miserable there- and maybe they are. To add insult to injury, when you are placed on hold the music they play in the background will hit you harder than your need for medication.

Great pharmacy! Filled my script quickly and after my regular pharmacy had closed. I would have run out of my medication without this. Medication that cannot be stopped abruptly. Thanks!!!

I'd give this 3.5 stars, but the app won't let me do that, and I don't have a problem with leaving 3.First, this is one of the many very busy CVS stores in the area where the staffers seem a bit overwhelmed and probably unsupported to a degree by their management. At this store, the lines can be long at the pharmacy, which differentiates between dropping off and picking up. You could end up in both lines because it will take a while for them to prepare the prescription. One of the best things about this and related locations is the Minute Clinic, which can be an excellent option for non urgent care situations including with a cold, flu, diagnosing pneumonia and getting vaccines. CVS became my go-to for COVID shots and it worked well. Same for flu shots. The store offers a variety of typical drug store items such as shampoo, toothpaste, and over the counter medications as well. There's limited food including some in the freezer case and canned/bottled soft drinks.Parking in front of the store can be a hassle with drivers who seem to be paying less attention than they should be. I try to park in the less busy areas and walk to avoid getting caught by the talent-challenged drivers. This storefront and surrounding shopping center have been renovated recently and with that, an increasingly upscale selection of mostly casual restaurants have sprung up. That's part of the reason it can get busy. Both Seven Locks Road and Tuckerman are busy roads, which means it is easy to get here, but you might also have plenty of company.Typically, if you treat the staffers nice, they'll do it in return, but no guarantee. We can try, though, right?

I normally utilize this CVS pharmacy when I need to pick up a prescription, but never again. In all my years of going to CVS, I have never encountered a disrespectful pharmacist like I did this evening around 6:30pm. I will absolutely never come back to this store again. If you are not enjoying being a retail pharmacist and don't have the patience to respect your customers, then find another job. You have a lot of sick people who are needing prescriptions and honestly want to come in and leave as quickly as you would like us to. Corporate CVS pharmacy should do a serious audit of this pharmacy and request feedback from pharmacy techs.

Due to confusion, I was incorrectly charged $300 for a vaccine at the Pharmacy. Axel Garay (Manager) worked tirelessly with me to resolve this issue with my insurance. When they said they will not cover it, Axel refunded me a fair amount back to my card. He is very responsive, very attentive and an overall great person. He is the best store manager I have ever encountered. He has single handedly made me a lifelong customer at CVS Pharmacy. I was never a huge fan of the way CVS operates but after working with Axel, I will never use another pharmacy or store for the items available at CVS, especially his specific store.

Unfortunately this CVS pharmacy in Potomac Maryland is dangerous . The support staff has difficulty speaking English. They are rude to the patients and physicians. They never have the prescription , until you call the doctor back and then it appears by magic . God save us all if this is the dream of health hubs - CVS .
