An extremely rude pharmacist called Imran (or Emran) was so impolite and aggressive that I had to go directly to the manager and complain to her ! I really don’t know how can they hire someone who enjoys zero costumer service skills .

I have had a few encounters with them at this point and wow absolutely no sense of customer service. First they ignore you and don’t even say hi when they finally acknowledge you. Just was on the phone and that was even worse. Wanted to know if my prescription was received by the doctor via voicemail and when it would be ready. He wouldn’t answer my question and kept saying to wasn’t received yet but wouldn’t answer if they even reviewed the voicemails.

The CVS pharmacists must all be OVERWORKED because they are rude and impatient. If only these pharmacists can be more empathic to their customers, the world would just be a better place. Just know "what goes around, comes around," one day, they or their loved ones may be standing behind the counter and receiving the same treatments they are giving to others.

I dread when I have to visit this CVS and only do it out of utter necessity because of the convenient location (only redeemong quality). I have been ignored and spoken to very rudely. After today, I'll opt to go further for my pharmacy and photo needs.

In this pharmacy, you cannot trust the pharmacists. They sent you texts to pick up your medicine and won’t honor the 14 day waiting period, not even a few days. I went to pick up my medicine after five days of getting my text and waiting for a month to have it refill because my medicine is in the shortage list, and the pharmacist have already given to somebody else and didn’t even bother to notify me so I wouldn’t waste my time driving there and waiting in line. Now, I have to wait another month probably and interrupt my treatment, go back to my doctor and get a lower dose of the same prescription. No fair and very disrespectful and inconsiderate . The pharmacist was rude and didn’t offer an apology either a remedy. Just go back the ordering line and wait. Felt so insulted! Hope this doesn’t happen to someone who might need a important drug to live.

Specifically for the pharmacy. They’re rude and close so early. Showed up at 5:00 but the lady in front of me was gabbing about something or other, having to move maybe?, and wasn’t completing her transaction. At 5:02, after standing in line, told me they’re closed. Will be switching all of my/my family’s scripts immediately.

I made an appointment for a vaccine and happened to arrive 45 minutes early due to a nearby appointment. I walk in and the store is totally empty so I go to the pharmacy to ask if I could get my shot early and was told I'd have to come back. I was upset but waited in my car and began a scathing review about lack of customer service blah blah blah but they called me to come in early and gave me great customer service. Ok so I am a happy camper!

I can’t say enough Wonderful things about the pharmacist Dr. Charles who assisted my mother and I today. We are new here and transferred my mother’s medications from another state. Three words and he was able to call my mother by name and I hadn’t told him. He is a rare and outstanding professional that obviously takes pride in knowing those he serves in his community.When we arrived he was very busy. It would have been overwhelming for anyone but one moment with him and you wouldn’t know it.It was just he and a kind assistant dealing with vaccination appointments, RX drop offs, phones ringing etc. He remained poised, friendly and caring. His professionalism, calm attentive nature and nurture of each CVS patron he dealt with is unparalleled and refreshing.So many are frustrated and rushing through processes in these covid times. I am grateful that my mother and I chose this CVS location. Moving an aging parent is hard enough without the extra stress. Thank you Dr. Charles for going above and beyond.
