The minute clinic is just the worst. I booked an appointment way before its date to fit it in my busy schedule and it was approved. On the day of the appointment their technology just made it look like my appointment never happened. In the end, I had to make a new appointment for another day. ??

Don’t visit this Minute Clinic- I saw Josephine Moore for a productive cough that I’ve had for about 3 weeks. She is condescending and asked why I was there, said that I didn’t blow my nose once since I was there (I did it before I walked into her office so I wasn’t being gross), said I didn’t sound congested (which I am), and vital signs were fine. At this point she could have said “I’m sorry you’re not feeling well, but you appear healthy. I’d continue with over-the-counter medicine and if you’re not better in a week, make an appointment to see your regular doctor)”. Instead, she looked at my last visit an question that doctors diagnosis and then asked me why the doctor prescribed antibiotics for five days. She asked me three times! I kept saying, I don’t know I’m not the doctor, I just did what she said. It was a horrible experience and the doctor’s talk bad about the other doctors. Good luck telling the manager, they will just offer you coupons and hope you come back to buy something in the future.

I wish another pharmacy chain would replace this one at Cabin John. Lines are ridiculously long at almost any time of the day or night. Staff at the pharmacy counter seems to be overwhelmed and there is constant rotation as I never see the same people around. Nothing has been done after many complaints. I recommend you take your business somewhere else, as I will be doing.

They are very very very slow. Takes 4 hours to get a simple prescription ready. Every time.

Store improved. Renovated, bright, clean, great customer service by some. Angelica in pharmacy goes over and above to assist which is appreciated. Very often it requires going into the store to resolve or clarify pharmacy concerns. The store is also all decked out cheerfully for the holidays!

Worst pharmacy ever !!! Many times we receive messages that prescriptions are ready but when we go there few hours after they say it s not ready and have to wait about 1 hour . Worst customer service too , going to transfer all our prescriptions elsewhere and never buying there even though it s close home, what a pity !

The Store Manager AXL, is a real idiot,Misogynist, and RACiST. That store's business relies upon the PHARMACY which drives all the people in there. That is why the store is open 24 hrs day, I always go there to get my prescriptions filled and my vaccines. The Pharmacy is ALWAYS extremely busy,so waiting for your prescriptions to be filled and ready for pick up is pretty normal. They were super busy the other when I had to get my scheduled vaccines AND also getting my prescriptions filled. I was sitting in the waiting area where there are plenty of empty chairs and charging outlets for people to charge up their mobile phones. Axl, sees that I am sitting alone and comes up to me and attempts to kick me out from sitting there, telling me some kind of BS, like they are closed . I am a POC, who grew up in that neighbourhood of Potomac, and have shopped in that store my whole life! As a matter of FACT, my beloved FATHER actually TRAiNED many of the Pharmacists in the Pharmacy in that store !!! He is a real iDiOT snd discriminates

Do not go here for vaccines, they are rude and always backed up. No use making an appointment, it's totally a USELESS system. Don't waste your time and go somewhere else!

Absolutely unprofessional pharmacy stuff.They are RUDE and they DO NOT respect the customers at all.CVS on Tuckerman lane was my favorite pharmacy, because I live in Potomac and people who worked here before were pleasant and nice. But for the last year management hired absolutely unprofessional people who disrespect the clients!Very disappointed.

I picked up medicine for my child yesterday. The doctor has confirmed that the order has been sent to this CvS. It used to be smooth. But yesterday, the pharmacy gave me an order for October 2nd (for unused medicine). After I discovered the problem, they argued that they had not received the doctor's order. My doctor called them to confirm and they knew the name right away but they said they didn't receive the order. Serious dereliction of duty. I made an appointment to get vaccinated today. The time is 6 o'clock. I was not in line until 7 o'clock. I am extremely disappointed with this CVS

I have several doctors send prescriptions electronically specifically to this CVS Pharmacy and they don't get them. Again it is not one doctor but several doctors. On two occasions, I had to drive back to two different doctor's offices to get prescription hard copies. I now request hard copies before I leave their offices. Electronic transmission of subscriptions to this pharmacy is a bad joke, very frustrating and not working.

This is listed as a 24-hour pharmacy, but they apparently do not have enough staff to stay open for lunch. My infant has been screaming all night and the first chance we get to come pick up his prescription, they are apparently closed for lunch. It is completely unethical that a 24-hour pharmacy closes for lunch. There's no reason that you should not have enough staff to cover a lunch break. The Google hours are incorrect and should be adjusted. The pharmacist also had absolutely zero clue how to check if a medication has any of the common allergens. This pharmacy is not safe for those with allergies.
