This is the worst dealership I have experienced in my entire life. These people are not trustworthy be careful friends' customer support after you buy the vehicle is too bad . There are too many hidden charges after you buy the car. I do not recommend to any body to buy car at this dealership. please find best dealership where you have value and best customer service.

To Darcars Nissan,I am writing this in recommendations for Mauricio, who was the first salesperson to approach us while we were still browsing cars outside the dealership. Not only did he provide excellent customer service, but was very knowledgeable about any car we inquired about. He treated my wife and I very kindly, and offered to pull out any vehicle we were interested in. Mauricio stayed with us during the entire process: making sure we were comfortable in the dealership, accompanied us through the paperwork process, and helped us with every step of the buying process. Even after leaving the dealership, Mauricio followed up to make sure we were happy with our vehicle choice or if we had questions, helped us set up our phone in the car, and even followed up when our plates came in.Mauricio is a hard working employee who goes above and beyond for his customers, and I would recommend him as a salesperson for anyone interested in buying a Nissan.

Service writer Diego, is always prompt and courteous. He explained as well as provided a printout of services that were needed for my vehicle. Having moved back to the area a year ago, we’ve tried three different Nissan dealers, Bethesda, Virginia, and Rockville. We were considering driving back to Hanover PA to continue having our car serviced. Thank goodness for DARCARS Nissan Rockville. Virginia and Bethesda locations have all greatly paled in comparison. We are so pleased with the level of service we’ve received at DARCARS Nissan. If you value your car and want to experience quality detailed experience and service then bring your vehicle to DARCARS Nissan Rockville.

The sales rep 100% sold me on the vehicle, even though I was considering other types of large SUVs. I even had some concerns about the size of the trunk, and Willfredo showed me all the unique features of the car which would allow me to have more space if needed. Without Willfredo, I probably would not have been interested. Willfredo's manager, Charles, made sure they were able to get the car to a monthly price point in my ballpark. He was really a pleasure to work with and was super helpful in a number of ways. I also really appreciate the fact that the general manager Mr. Kennedy was amazing in making sure I was getting white-glove service throughout the entire transaction. I will for sure buy my next car at Darcars Nissan because of this awesome team who helped me get the best car for my family and me at a very good price. Thank you so much! You've earned my business in the future without a doubt.

Damn, the people here has the thick face to conduct mo key business. If you can't pay the cash down payment they asking you they'll keep you hanging until you either give in or withdraw from buying. Their used cars are filthy. They'll selling it with still fresh weed smell, shoe smell, and broken carpeting. There are bunch of dealership along this highway and location, dnt waste your time here.

This Nissan is very bad. When I bought the car, I remember telling me that there was something inside the engine that was broken and could be insured for 36000 miles. However, I only drove 20000 miles and the engine malfunctioned. Then he told me that this was not insured and asked me to pay for the repair cost myself. They are more than twice as expensive as external repairs, which is really speechless.

Amazing service!! I had my transmission replaced after years of being told nothing was wrong at a Honda dealership. Angela and Matt were able to get a new transmission for my car. Now it finally runs smooth.

Terrible Service!!!I brought my car in and Gio told me that I needed a new catalytic converter. I paid and they ordered it. About 3 days later, he said it was back ordered, and he would call me when it came in, and refunded my money. I asked if I could drive the car and Gio said yes. I called 3-4 x over the next 6 weeks to check on the progress and each time I was told Gio wasn't available and he would call me back. He never returned my phone call. I finally called the JimColeman Nissan dealer in Bethesda. I told him the story and asked if he could help me. He asked several questions, told meI shouldn't have been driving it at all, as it could destroy the engine. He then said he would call the Rockville dealer and try to figure out what happened. He put me on hold for 87 minutes and then transferred me to an automatic help line.I called and left a message, but he never called back, either.Nissan, I guess you don't need business because 2 dealerships treated me terribly and I will never go back or buy another car from them.

We had coupons from Crisswell Nissan which was substantially less than we were charged. The service department refused to match the prices we have used Darcars Nissan for all our service but if I get coupons from another dealer I will probably go there. Work was done well.

They are very expensive and they do not do the best job. I am looking elsewhere. It seems like their techs are there to see how much money they can get out of you.
