Ordered a pair of replacement wiper blades for my wife’s Volvo XC60 here. $80 for the blades and $20 fedex shipping (only shipping option on their website). So over $100 for two wiper blades…. Her’s were trashed so I went forward with it. Shame on me.. won’t happen again is all I can say.

The first thing I would do is send the entire crew on sick leave, give them an ultimatum and give them training in how to use the Volvo system .I don't recommend it to anyone who wants parts. I ordered parts for my car and they canceled my order. They said they don't have it in Sweden. I checked it from another source. Everything is just wrong!!!!!!!!. They got the price wrong on Black Friday, they had no money and they canceled four orders. Jeef Tolson, this guy who calls himself manager, acts like it's his entire institution, I don't want to talk to you at all, he's very rude F...y

On my endless search for a new car, I stopped by Darcars Volvo on Rockville Pike. Thank you, Julia, for speaking with me and letting me take a test drive. Julia, really knows her cars, and she was sharing with me, all of the details on the Hybrid Volvo I was looking at. It is gorgeous. I usually feel like SUV's are too big for me, but this one handled beautifully. I loved all the bells and whistles. Daniel, the manager, came out to speak with me. He was very nice too. Volvo's are an investment, but they are very safe and have great service record. So, will there be a Volvo in my future....we will have to see. I am seriously considering it, but I highly recommend Volvo Darcars and ask for Julia, she is awesome! Thanks Darcars.

DARCARS Volvo is truly an amazing dealership. I've never experienced this quality level with any other car dealerships. I knew the car I wanted and initially went to a different Volvo dealership. They were okay, but we felt as if we were getting the typical sales pitch. When we went to DARCARS, we met Manny, and everything changed. He's so genuine, caring, and knowledgeable about the cars. This is his job, but he wasn't about making money; he wanted to make sure that we were happy (and still are a year later). In the past year, I've experienced the same level of care and welcome from each person at the dealership, and I'm absolutely sold on them for life. I can't say enough positive things about Manny and this dealership.

Absolutely terrible experience with Darcars Volvo. Almost turned me away from the Volvo brand, but I came around only because Darcars local competitors saved the day for Volvo.Reached out to Darcars via email asking for a lease on C40 Recharge. One of their sales rep, Paula Mejia, responded to my query by the usual "we have the vehicle available if you want to come by and test drive it" response. I reached back to her within an hour informing her that I am currently test driving different vehicles and can come by over the weekend to test drive the Volvo. Today is the tenth day of my response, and I am still waiting for Paula's response. Anyway, since I was free over the weekend, I drove over to Darcars to test drive the vehicle. There was an Plug-in Hybrid version of XC40 inside the showroom, so I started looking at it. Sat inside, walked around it. There was another sales person, Yulia Denika, walking around, not even making an eye contact. There were some other sales/financing people at the dealership, but they were all in their glass rooms. No one was paying attention to me. After Yulia passed by me third time, I made an eye contact with her and she goes "Need help?!", "nope, just came to see you walk pass me a dozen times" I said to myself. Anyway, I told her what I am looking for, she pointed to a vehicle outside and said "its out there". What kind of dealership is this?! I ignored the snobby attitude, and was like "can I test drive it?". Got in to the car, she was extremely robotic and monotonic, like she was either forced to work there, or were forced to be my sales person. Once the test drive was over, I told her that I will get in touch with her to go over the numbers. The next day, I sent her an email asking what the lease number are, she goes "I've discussed with my manager and he's presented the best offer we can provide for the C40 Ultimate. The monthly payments are $xxx.xx". No break down, no details, just a number and "We require $1000 deposit to require the vehicle" Basically, "we dont care about you, all we care about is money." I had to ask Yulia for break-down of the cost, and then she comes around and email them to me. Numbers were still quite high though. So, I told her that I will think about it, and started looking at other dealerships in the area. There was one more dealership in Bethesda (I will be leaving them a review in a bit. They definitely earned it), so I reached out to them. Right off the bat, they were super responsive and were crystal clear with their numbers. Their manager sent me the numbers, with detailed breakdowns, without even me asking them. I emailed Yulia back and told her that I am not interested anymore, since I got a much better price from their competitors, she responds with "As the leading dealership in the region, we're well-positioned to offer competitive pricing. If you could share the quote you've received, I'd be happy to discuss it with my manager and see what we can do for you." I sent her the quote I got from the competitors and told her that I will lease from Darcars if they can beat the competitor's offer, its been 5 days today, and I have yet to hear back from her. Not even "Sorry we cant match them" or any such formality either. So, to sum it up, Darcars Volvo's customer service is sub par, at best. They lack courtesy but there seems to be no shortage of attitude. May be their management need to have a little chat with their sales people, because Lexus dealership is right next door to them, and Telsa and BMW are not too far either. If they continue the same trend, Darcars Volvo's dealership will start seeing less and less customers. --- This same review is posted on multiple forums and review sites ---

We just purchased a Volvo XC 60 and were assisted by Manny Rodriguez. He was so professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, explaining all the features and services relevant to our vehicle. He demonstrated amazing attention to all details and also assisted us with the installation of the accessories. His friendly, personable approach made the experience vastly superior to all our previous automobile sales interactions. Darcars Volvo is very fortunate to have this caliber of employee on staff. We highly recommend Manny to anyone considering a Darcars visit.

Really horrendous communication and lack of consideration for service issues - the little things make a big difference; but these folks don't seem to care about their customers time. I will never bring business here again in the future. It is solely the service department - the people answering the phone - as well as the service advisors who need to be more accountable. I will continue to express my views of this disappointing dealership over and over to save folks the frustration and anger they cause. Their 4 star rating is garbage. Service advisor is Nick. Not sure the name of the inconsiderate prick they have answering the phone. Mo was also not someone I would ever want to interact with voluntarily.

This is the way the car business should be done. I recently purchased a Volvo XC60 T8 Polestar from Darcars Volvo. It was the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. Manny Rodriguez is courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He answered every question in advance of my visit and spearheaded the installation of the accessories I asked to have added before pick up. He even sent the car back to detailing when I came to pick it up because a couple of spots were missed and not up to his standard. Daniel Kwaw was a dream to deal with while finalizing the numbers for the deal. I wish every sales manager approached getting deals done his way, Mark Filipovic from the finance team also was great. He were able to beat my own bank's discounted financing rate for a loan and getting through the paperwork was a breeze. Thanks guys! Stop going through the painful way of buying cars and just get one (or 2) at Darcars!

My experience purchasing a car here was truly stressful. They were so disorganized, resulting in me almost overpaying, having to redo paperwork several times, and having to try understanding so many emails. Additionally, some of the things certain employees said were incredibly unprofessional, while others were unresponsive. Then they have this customer satisfaction survey that they told us repeatedly to give them the highest score on, and not to score at all if we weren't satisfied. Seemed unethical if you actually care about customer service. I'm glad other reviewers had a better time, but this was the worst car buying experience I've had.

Ordered a set of interior and cargo mats for my C40. Got an email with a tracking number in it, but the mats themselves showed up before FedEx updated anything! Fantastic pricing and quick delivery. Will definitely do my future accessory shopping with DARCARS Volvo.
