Never been on dialysis before so i cant compare them to other centers.started here around December of 2018. I believe Davitas of Rockville has very nice staff, nurses, or whatever they may be called. I feel for them.because they are always hustling and bustling to either start or end a dialysis patient, and machines constantly going off. They all have been cheerful and sound.sincere when asking how.i feel. I really hate needles but they do what they can to ease anxiety. I just wish i was.better with names. Out of the 10 or.so wmployees I've dealt with i may know the.name.of 2. But all in all this is.a great place.

If you care about your family members... DONT BRING THEM HERE! Everyone is incredibly rude and disrespectful even administration.

The techs were terrible and the AA, Dolly has a major attitude and is racist.

the bad attitude spreads very quickly in most of the employees, they are very poorly trained and want to save $$ with the necessary basic medical articles, only about three employees are sencibles and have vocation with the patients others treat the patient very badly transfer it's almost impossible

I cannot give this Dialysis Center any higher than 1 Star....if I did, I would be a Total Liar!!! Before I go any further, that "1-Star" was for The VENDING MACHINES that have a HUGE SELECTION of Snacks, Cold Drinks & Candy! Also, they have a Cool Bunch of Patients. The reasons I can't Rate them any Higher is because ALOT OF THE STAFF ARE "SHADY" (Well, then again, it is directly in back of Shady "Grave" Hospital). My Friend, David Pham, went into Cardic Arrest while at this Center on the Machine & Died right in front of my Face! The "Startled" Staff Members were ALL Disoriented & started doing CPR on my man RIGHT IN THE DIALYSIS CHAIR until I said you can't do it like that (was I now TEACHING these HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS?) because that's the same way Michael Jackson died!! They finally then moved him to the Floor but my man was GONE!! Paramedics took an awful long time to arrive since they were literally around the corner! When they came, they didn't make NO RUSH cause they saw he was gone already. I called the Nearest Hospital (Shady "Grave") & they said David was in the ER. I called almost 3 Hours later & they just "moved him to the ICU". Something don't sound like Christ to me. Why would you put a Dead Man in the ICU? 2-Things: Money or a Cover-Up! So being a Real Friend, I went and got a Balloon & Stuffed Aminal & me & my Family went over to "See" David that SAME NIGHT. He had THE EXACT SAME ARRESTED SCARY FACE that I had seen him on the Machine earlier that day!! His body was Grayish/Blue & Tubes were EVERYWHERE!! Me & My Mom drove to his house & talked with his Wife & Family about the event. We kept in contact until he finally "Officially" passed & got an Obituary. Shady Doctors, Shady Workers....EVERYTHING over there acted Shady EXCEPT my Old Doctor Raymond Bass! Ask around & EVERYONE will tell you of his GOOD REPORT, if they tell The Truth aboit it. There was 2 Main Staff Members that were EXCELLENT: The Receptionist "DOLLY" & The Charge Nurse (I think her name was "LYNDA") She ALWAYS wears a SKIRT....She was a Good Face to see in the Morning! 1 Dialysis Tech I would watch out for would be the "X-Scientist named WILLIAM". He's Short, got a Full Beard & Formerly an X-US Sniper so he's No Dummy. William is SMART enough to know the In's & Out's of the Dialysis Process....which could be a Very Good Thing or Unfortunately Very Bad Thing, depending on your "Status" with him & what he thinks about you. I won't go into details but I have at least given you a Heads-Up (I'm a Fellow Patient advocating for The Patients). Don't say you didn't know. ***Note: This Dialysis Center is now supposedly MOVED ACROSS THE STREET on Omega Dr.*** I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS CENTER TO ANYONE.
