The BEST auto repair shop in Rockville! I had my Honda worked on by Del Carpio Auto Service and was absolutely impressed by the professionalism and expertise of Guido and Fernando! They both have many years of experience as master technicians, which is rare to find at most other shops. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Del Carpio Auto service to family and friends, they have a convenient location with plenty of parking and will do the job right with excellent customer service!

The worst experience using a body shop,took 3 weeks to repair the car. After picking up the car wasn't ready he left old parts on it. I requested the parts new told me to wait 4 days i waited an the day that i supposed to have my car completely done he noticed that he was missing a part 3 weeks later still waiting for the part. He promise someone will come to my home and put the last part. Im still waiting he promise on sunday 23 the guy will go to your home never called never showed up. No communication I been calling and texting no response. Today is 28 still waiting for a piece that service was paid un full. Also they park my car outside and i found a ticket which i told him he needs to pay for it. So be careful with your cars. Check no pending tickets. Worst service ever.Service: Painting
