Drive Whip rented a car to me through Turo at the parking garage in Chicago’s O’Hare airport. I walked around aimlessly to find the car. Ended up being late to a family reunion because of their poor instructions in finding the car. they proceeded to overcharge me in late fees as well even though i returned it 24 hours from the moment i got the car.It was the worst experience ever. They rip you off! I Don’t recommend unless you like wasting your money.

I had a great experience today dealing with the staff there particularly Malcolm.this was my first time here at Drivewhip in obtaining a vehicle for Uber and Lyft driving.The staff there was very helpful and effective in terms of getting the best results for their customers.I am 72 years old and rented a lot of cars for Uber and Lyft driving but Drivewhip gave me the best customer service that I ever experienced . Malcolm along with the other staff there are definitely customer service professionals.Thankyou for a great experience.

Don't go to the Glen Burnie, MD office. I encountered the SNOTTIEST employees when I stopped in to ask a question in response to an email that told me my next step was to schedule an appointment. I couldn't get through on the phone, so I stopped by the address that was provided in the email. The guy wouldn't look up, so I stood there for a couple of minutes. He finally asked how he could help me like I was bothering him, so I explained the email, & let him know I wanted to know the next steps. He flippantly said, if you would've followed the directions in the text.... I hadn't seen the text, but looking at the text then, there were no directions. There were a list of prices, and a question at the bottom of the text asking if I want to schedule a pick up for today or tomorrow. I had some questions before I scheduled a pick up, but I guess that wasn't in his job description because apparently I was getting on his nerves. Trying to get information on available vehicles & the process was like pulling teeth. They didn't have the vehicle I was looking for, but Rockville did. That's another 45 minutes away. I thought to just work with Glen Burnie when a young woman comes from the back in the middle of our conversation, & says YOU HAVE TO RESPOND TO THE TEXT! I told her that I already did that.It's not common knowledge when renting a car that it would be done through text, and the texts or emails don't let you know that that's how things are set up with DriveWhip. I don't know how good anything else is with DriveWhip, & won't find out. I'll go elsewhere. Espescially with their condescending attitudes. I MIGHT try Rockville, but I had to bite my tongue with those two young people.

The guys are amazing! Sean and Malcolm are very efficient and reliable. They work well with the mechanics and show great professionalism. I have seen them deal with upset customers calmly and politely. They always provide excellent service and greet me by my name. They make me feel valued and like family ?

This is probably the best place to rent your car because of the customer service. No matter how busy they are they take their time and then make sure you completely understand everything that's going on. I'd recommend them a thousand over

Best rental experience! It usually takes about 48 hrs to get approved but I guess if you’re already driving for Uber or lyft it’s a lot faster to get a car from DriveWhip. I applied in the morning and got approved the same day! Unlimited mileage, maintenance, oil changes, tires, tuneups, insurance, everything is included with the weekly rental fee except gas, plenty of cars to choose from and the best part you can do Uber, lyft, via even door dash! Definitely worth the price of weekly rental. And the cars you get from them are very clean! I would definitely recommend this company.

The front dest and the manager unprofessional. They have resentment, they have dissatisfaction, clumsy, disrespectful. They seem angry customers not service providers. Totally not a good place.Btw Rockville location

So far so good but it’s just day 1?. I have been in communication with drive whip for several weeks as I was getting my affairs together to finally rent a vehicle. Staff were very responsive, friendly and professional. I am picking up my rental vehicle now and am pleased with the orientation process. The staff are just as pleasant in person as well as online. Very efficient process and they helped me to upload all of my documents to my Rideshare account. I am encouraged by this and hope to update you all soon with more details as the process unfolds! Special thanks to Jae’lin for her assistance!Update: after a number of frustrating experiences of my car being shut off and arbitrary expenses, I am now dissatisfied and disappointed with the service. I am using said frustration as motivation to get into my own vehicle again as soon as possible. Drive whip is definitely still better than the Lyft Express experience but there really is nothing like being in a vehicle you own. I am grateful for the benefits, but the setbacks I’ve been having with them lately are literally causing me health problems and safety concerns (panic attacks and driving in unsafe conditions such as when sick or fatigued) because of the fear and pressure that my access will be shut off at any given time if I’m even a day late on payments by any amount! Their roadside assistance is deplorable! If I didn’t have AAA, THREE TIMES I would have been stranded for hours by the time they responded! This is unacceptable, especially for them to have the nerve to shut off my access so arbitrarily!

The Manage and his staff are not professional. Their services are very poor and treat to customers with I’ll manner and there is no your right as a human being value. You will loss your value time and money after all experience with them.

Booked a car through Turo in San Francisco and the host left us stranded with no options. My husband's birthday was the last day of our rental and they refused to give us the car since his license needed Renaldo the next day. They cancelled on the spot. Also charged a cancelation fee. We will not rent from Turo or drive whip again. Got a last minute thrifty rental at half the price.
