I've been with Extra Space Storage since Aug 2024. I switched from a different storage unit due to bad CS from my last place. When I switched to Extra Space Storage, it was like night and day with the CS. The property manager helped me through my leasing process personally, I was shown several units to see which would work for me the best, and when I asked about my concerns for price increases, Lilly said if that is a concern when it happens, then we can always discuss other availabiltes that might fit better with my budget at that time and negotiate. 10 months later, I am still with Extra Space Storage because their CS is unmatched. And now, they even have an app where I can get through the gate digitally even ifni forget my code. Thank you for setting great standards for storage space services in my area!
