Very kind, very knowledgeable, very helpful, she’s been a rockstar. From our invitations to our welcome posters, our wedding wouldn’t have worked out without Maria’s help. Thank you!!

I've always had a pleasant experience at this location until last week. I came in with a Happy Return (prepaid by retailer) as I have probably 3-4 times in the past. I explained this to the employee (I now know to be a manager), she scanned my barcode for the return, and told me that the code was invalid and that I would have to reach out to the retailer. Mind you, this was a Sunday at 2:00pm. After an hour of sitting in my car calling, text chatting, and emailing with the company to get a new code, I finally went back in the store to try again. At this point a different employee helped me, and let me know that this location no longer accepts Happy Returns. An hour wasted when the manager herself was either unaware or unwilling to disclose this information at first. I will stick to UPS for the foreseeable future.

Recently visited the FedEx shipping center in North Bethesda and was impressed by their outstanding service. The staff here are not only extremely friendly but also genuinely committed to going above and beyond to assist customers. It’s rare to encounter such dedication and helpfulness, making this location highly recommended for anyone needing shipping services. Exceptional experience!

This staff has extremely nasty attitudes. I thought going to FedEx would be a pleasant experience, but this location is amateur. The management here is typical if today's labor issues. Train your staff better

FEDEX = TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH- if I could leave - 5 stars I would.I shipped a large 115 lb package thru Fedex using their portal on the EBay site. The site gave the impression that the expensive item was insured/declared value of $5163.00. I took the expensive 115 lb package to the FedEx store on Rockville pike and confirmed with the FedEx employee that the package was insured to value and showed her a printout of replacement value is $9600. She said yes it is. The package was damaged in transit by FedEx, I made a claim for $9600. As that was the replacement value, $5163. Was the EBay sold value. Fedex said I was misled or flat out lied to by their employee. They said there was no insurance or declared value. They are offering me $100 for a nearly $10,000. Claim THEY DAMAGED. Brian the manager at the store was an absolutely worthless " company man" trying to protect FedEx instead of helping with my issue. stay away from FEDEX deal with reputable shippers like UPS or USPS. Many insurance claim horror stories on google about FEDEX denying claims.
