First Cash Pawn of Rockville is a great and helpful pawn shop. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and provides very good customer service. Customers are greeted like family with smiles and find the team very cordial. It is a wonderful place for buying jewelry or collecting gold, with staff known for giving the best prices. A noted pain point is having staff stand at the door instead of using an electronic entry. Overall, it is considered the best place in the area to buy or sell items.

I don’t have any issues with the staff and items I pawned and bought here. A wonderful place and people to go, if you need an instant cash. I bought a solitaire diamond ring for a lower price than it’s priced originally.
