Fantastic experience with Tong! He helped us the whole day finding the car we wanted, test driving it, explaining us all the features, as well as walking us patiently through all the different payment options until finding the one that worked best for us. I’d recommend Tong to anyone looking to get a new car.

Made appointment to have a warranty service performed three weeks ago. But they didn’t have the part to perform the service. It would have been nice to know that they didn’t have the parts for the service posted on their own website beforehand. So got the oil change done instead. Otherwise, everything thing was good.

It’s busy and the customer service staff work hard (you feel like you are on a conveyor belt). The service was super this time, and blessedly considerate. There was a recall involved and I had to leave my car. I expressed my anxiety about driving a loner car and I much appreciate that I was accommodated with a spiffy small car I could drive and also that fit into my parking space. They had to search for it they said. I got my repaired car back the next day. They don’t smile though. I’d rather have excellent service so I’m not complaining.

I like the team that welcomes me. However, I’m suspect on the actual work that’s done. I put in for a car wash and it wasn’t done when my car was returned to me. I also wonder if my tires were actually rotated because I had a nail in my tire that’s still in the same place and no one mentioned it to me.UPDATE>>>Adding this after the comment above. They have a very responsive team. This is rare these days. They have been in touch and eager to make things right. Everyone deserves a second chance.

Because the engine trouble light went on in my car, I brought it to the closest Hyundai service facility even though I had not purchased my car at Fitzgerald. I am very happy that you could replace the battery that was under warranty for a car that was just over three months old. However because I had not purchased there, I felt I was not treated well and was not allowed to have a loaner car or even rent a car from Fitzgerald. I felt that I was not welcomed in your place and I do not plan to bring my car back to you for servicing unless it’s absolutely necessary.

Hyundai told me there was a recall for my car. I made an appointment with Fitzgerald for today and had arranged a ride to and from. This was a long standing appointment and they confirmed with an email just yesterday. I got to the dealership today and the serviceman informed me that they just don't have the parts for this recall. Why didn't they cancel my appointment before I took off from work, arranged drivers and arrived there? At any time they could've saved me the hassle. They informed me that they will put me on a "wait list" and call me when the parts are in. Unusual that they will have my email and phone number for the future visit - but not this visit.

I’ve been here several times with no problem, but yesterday should have been a foreshadowing of what’s to come. I got there at 4:15 yesterday which was late but it was only routine maintenance and oil change. When I got my car back, it was louder, from the air filter change and the maintenance lights were still on and the tire pressure was low. When I got up the next morning the tire was completely flat. The tire store said the inside of the tire was damaged. I will be back this week.

I took my car to Fitzgerald Hyundai for the recall anti-theft program installation earlier this year and was so impressed with the service I took the car back this week for an oil change and tire rotation. It is easy to make appointments online or by phone and checking in is easy with the valets and at the service desk. I waited for the car in their very comfortable customer and it took a reasonable hour and a half. The amount I was charged was less than I had been given. The staff is very pleasant and professional.

I tried setting a service appointment with dealership about 3-4 weeks ago, was told the first available appointment wasn't until December...said thanks, but no thanks. Was then advised there were 2 open recalls on our 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe, so an appointment was scheduled for 10/24 at 9:30 am - for UNDERBODY CORROSION PREV.SVC(23-01-063H)* 996 -, I was told that the other recall wouldn't be able to be addressed until 5/15/2024. Took the vehicle in today was there at 9:15 am, and was told they didn't have the necessary spray to perform the recall...so, despite having received a reminder notification yesterday, showing up on time, no one from the dealership could be bothered to contact me to tell me this...too bad, so sad for me and my wasted time...ridiculous. My thoughts, they were busy, this was a recall, i.e., no payment from me, so they ditched my appointment. Fitzgerald should be ashamed, this definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

On one hand, they had the car we wanted. On the other hand, they made carrying a check into their dealership to buy said car in full an absolute miserable experience. We said we were dropping by Navy Federal to get a check. Then it would take us 90++ minutes in rush hour traffic to drive from the bottom of the beltway, ft belvoir area to freaking rockville, MD. Grant you, they probably hear that all the time. But then, don't lie Matt. Don't say you'll get the car ready for us when you won't even be there. Don't lie. So we get there, and our guy Raj doesn't even know what to do with us. Do car salesman not work for commission anymore??? Because it was an hour and 10 minutes after arrival and we still had check in hand and no paperwork to sign. The entire time I'm listening to the loudest worst country music I've heard in my life. Do all sales guys lie, because when I asked the group of them why the country, they said they didn't like it either. Being the only customer in the sales area, I asked "well who controls the music??" They pointed to the Alexia on the floor. So they could have turned down or stopped the stuff. Still no paperwork. And then Raj had the nerve to say we meet with finance next. After probably 3 hours, I'll be on my 2 hour drive back around the beltway. Thanks Matt for the lack of prework. And thanks fitzgerald for obviously getting rid of commission sales cuz nobody looked like they gave an actual care about keeping customers waiting forever. Sitting in my beautiful volkswagen atlas hoping my husband's hyundai purchase is ready for me to sign before midnight tonight. ....oh, don't get me started on how boring the showroom floor was. Nothing to keep customers occupied while they wait hours on end. Picture of me occupying myself with the only entertainment at the dealership...watching traffic while listening to iheart.

Really appreciate how the service department works. I had an early morning appointment for scheduled maintenance and was able to work remotely from their lobby with fresh coffee and water. I received a text message with a link to a video from the service technician reviewing the status of my vehicle. There was an additional recommendation for service that I was able to approve through the text message link. When my car was ready, I simply walked over to the service desk and checked out. I appreciate the professionalism of the staff and their effective use of technology.

So slow to bring cars around. It's like they have one parking space with a million cars blocking your car. Friendly service. Not great about shuttles.

I had a 12,000 checkup and recall. Although it was very busy everyone was polite and efficient. Lynn was my rep and was excellent. Because of the delay we were offered lunch! I appreciated that! Great experience. Of course, being patient pays off!

The experience is getting my car service was fairly efficient (they text you when they determine the work necessary for approval, waiting room well equipped, friendly staff) but it takes forever. About 1.5-2hrs for them to diagnose and then another 1-1.5hrs for them to do the actual work. I get it, they are busy so just be prepared. So be ready to spend between 3-4 hours there. The lady at the service desk was very friendly but not the most knowledgeable on what she was discussing with me. Her points were contradicting each other or not really answering my questions.
