I bought a certified Pre-owned Subaru Crosstrek 2021 model to replace a much-loved Honda that was written off in an accident. My salesman, Darin Elmore, was really helpful in showing me a couple of different cars that would meet my needs, and the purchase of the one I chose all went through smoothly. The details of my used car were made clear, and a minor issue (a non-critical recall item) was fixed at no cost. Darin has been really responsive by phone and email when I’ve reached out with questions. We were so happy, we went back and bought a new Subaru from Darin and Fitzgerald Auto Malls to replace our other car :)

Todd & Cristin at the Subaru service center helped me this time around, and they were both fantastic. I purchased my Subaru here and have always had them service it. Everyone is incredibly competent and helpful, and they clearly communicated what work needed to be done, what work could wait until the next time around, and estimated costs for everything. I also received video of my inspection so that I knew exactly what had been checked and also had a sense of why they recommended an extra service. Great service - no surprises - and fast repair work. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

All of the staff was extremely friendly. As soon as I drove up to the service lane a technician came to greet me. Good customer service goes a very long way. I will definitely be coming back here for further maintenance on my car.

Fitzgerald provides excellent service. I noticed a few ways that sets them apart from other dealer services:1. Documented peace of mind. A video is sent to customers when checking the basics, such as tires, breaking pads, and battery. No other shop that I know does that.2. They actually use the car statistics collected by the car's computer and send you a reminder. For years, when a warning light announced a difficulty no body reminded me to have the car checked.3. If no loaner car is available, Fitzgerald will take you home and pick you up from home. Very convenient.I could noticed right away Fitzgerald knows how to be service oriented.

There was a structural issue that our regular mechanics didn't want to touch. I made an appointment with Fitzgerald for the next day and Cristin was great--she prioritized the repair for safety reasons and a few hours later the car was fixed and safe to drive. This is a very professional operation and despite the fact that it was a busy afternoon, everyone was professional and courteous.

Very convenient scheduling. I like that the mechanic doing the inspection texted a video of what he was doing so I could see what he was looking at. The work was done promptly and everyone I interacted with was helpful friendly and professional. the reason I give four stars rather than five is because $158 seems like a lot for an oil change. However, I am willing to pay that extra for the convenience.

Today I came into the Subaru dealership for a twice confirmed appointment to get my tires aligned and my car seats installed correctly. I am 8 months pregnant and just started my maternity leave with this appointment being one of the first items I wanted to get taken care of. Upon entering the service desk the individual at the counter stated that I did not have an appointment and that the car seats would not be able to be installed on-site-even though this was confirmed for me twice over the phone. They told me I needed to go down to the Buick dealership to get my car seats installed. I was trying to avoid this type of confusion by confirming my appointment ahead of time because I am pregnant and was just trying to get this taken care of before the baby arrives. When I asked the service rep what they could do to help she said I needed to go to the Buick dealership. She made a phone call to someone while I was standing at the desk describing that I was 8 months pregnant and did not bring a partner or husband with me to help. It is ABSOLUTELY none of her business to question my decision to get my car serviced. I do not need my husband who works during the day to come with me to this service appointment. I was floored by this statement and began crying and feeling sick. The complete lack of respect from this customer service rep at this dealership was astounding. The manager finally stepped in to help sort out the service reps mistake and propose next steps in a responsible manner. Unfortunately, he did not wave the cost for the tire alignment and charged my credit card on file without my approval. All in all, I have never been treated so poorly by a dealership. I really hope the manager can step in and work with his staff to improve customer service at this dealership.

My routine 22K mile service visit went very smoothly. My service manager — Ismael Posada— was friendly and efficient explaining what would be done on my car and the cost. He applied a $70 coupon that I was due even though I had not brought the email that entitled it to me. The car was ready when he said it would be — 2 hours. The car was washed before it was given back to me. All in all, it was a nice experience.

Every single thing was expensive. Shockingly so. They wanted twice the actual cost to install a battery.The service team spent as much time talking to each other as they did to customers. More than one customer raised their voice in frustration. Then they talked poorly about a frustrated customer to each other when he left- but the service area was still filled with other customers!!I waited 45 minutes to leave after I paid because they could not find the key to my car. Something about getting it washed and then losing the key.I’ll never go back.I love my Subaru but I’ll find a new dealer.

I was very pleased with the customer service I received. Ismael was great! He provided a description of the work to be performed and an estimate of how long it would take. Also, I received a video of my car’s inspection. The car is running great thanks to the team at Fitzgerald!!!

I strongly suggest buying your next Subaru, or Hyundai from Fitzgerald, as my experience was completely satisfactory. Both my sales rep Eduardo Hernandez and the sales manager. Drew both took the time to explain everything to us about the new vehicle. The process was painless, effortless, and the end result was well worth the trip. Eduardo is an exceptional person who takes the time to go over details, and shows no attempt to pressure any of his customers. I expect to purchase a second vehicle in the coming years and will definitely keep Fitzgerald as my top choice of car dealerships.
