The store is always well stocked, the employees greeted me as I walked in. Offered to assist with things multiple times. They even took the time to talk to my child about the toy that she wanted to buy. My only big issues is the bathroom. It smelt like straight URINE. No paper towels. Pee all over the toilet. To be honest it was filthy. I know it’s beyond the employees control what customers do in the bathroom. I would also hope they aren’t supposed to use the same restroom either after what I saw. Maybe hire an overnight cleaning company. Also invest in toilet seat covers. I visited at 11:30am, so this isn’t an employee issue at all in my eyes.

Not a shopping experience but very kind people. My car was stuck and they let me browse around the store until closing time.
I didn’t catch her name but an Asian girl up front was really sweet in particular. Hope your managers see this! Thanks again.

Great customer service and good variety of products. One of the better 5 belows in the area. I just wish they would actually stay below $5.

This is a large Five Below location so expect to take your time browsing. I was disappointed I didn't see any new experiment kits or arts and crafts since Christmas. The selection they did have was well-stocked. Service was nice at the front. I bought some ninja turtle trinkets for my son that will make nice additions to his Easter basket. I appreciate the value of Five Below for little knick knacks like that.

review from my kid: I think that Five Below is the best shop in the world. My first reason is in Five Below everything is so high quality and cheap. You could buy an awesome stuffed animal there for only five dollars. My second reason why I love Five Below is it has everything you would want. If I wanted something I would always go to Five Below. Five Below would usually have it. My third reason I love Five Below is in Five Below all the workers are so friendly and helpful. They can tell you exactly what you want to know and more. That is why I think Five Below is the best shop in the world.

Associates were professional just unenthusiastic. I’m not complaining) though, sometimes it be like that. Store was neat and clean, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for.Associates were helpful. But I miss the tarot cards???! When I first got to Rockville, I was super impressed with the stores selection in tarot cards. They were small and cute, and I looked forward to buying some more. But there’s always next time I guess.Got a screen protector from there. And a piece of it cracked within the first three days of me having it?. So I wouldn’t recommend those.But overall it was a decent experience.
