Clean, Courteous, Professional.That sums up my trip. I took the car there for a recall and a 50k check-in. I took my car to Herson’s because of the customer satisfaction ratings (other Kia dealerships are closer) and I was not disappointed.Brian, my service manager, was very professional, responsive and personable. He quoted me a time of 2 hours and I was out the door in under that. Additionally, I had some additional requests and he personally saw they were handled appropriately.The waiting area was clean and bright. The WiFi was free and secure. I had no trouble connecting to the World Wide Web.If you need your Kia serviced , this is the place!

Cordial service as we negotiated—nice used car well prepped for sale. Pitched me on not cost-effective maintenance coverage plans—no thanks. Salesman came in on his day off to close the deal.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle at Herson's Kia on a snowy day. The sales consultant John had gone to extra miles to help me locate the vehicle for my need and had addressed all questions about it. He even gave me a ride to return my rental car. This was great service from end-to-end!Thanks a lot Herson's Kia!

I came in for a used 2014 Hyundai Sonata with 40,000 miles not expecting anything but to leave with that car. I didn’t know I would be leaving with a brand new car and an additional car for my mother. I got the pleasure to meet Ralph, Kevin and Ethel. They all as a team helped my process go as smooth as possible and I am forever grateful. I wanted the bare minimum in a car and they gave me the opportunity to have more than that. I 100% will be referring everyone to this dealership they deserve as much respect and gratitude as possible.

Since the beginning of my car buying journey, everyone at Herson's KIA has treated me with kindness and respect. Every part of the process was explained to me from custom ordering my car, production updates, delivery, inspections, and signing the paperwork to take it home! I never felt like I had to haggle or was being taken advantage of. Edwin Rodriguez is the best sales consultant and I absolutely love my 2024 KIA Sportage Hybrid SX Prestige!

This was the best buying experience I have ever had. I have bought or helped friends and family buy approximately 30 cars over the years. My experience with Herson’s Kia was by far the best. Communications were clear, responsive, and most importantly they were completely honest. I drove an hour and half expected the very good price ($2k less than a half dozen dealerships closer to me) I was quoted via email would have hidden fees or charges, but the price was good enough I thought it was worth it. What I experienced was better than I could have imagined. My salesman, Raphael was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in every way. We quickly moved through the paper with the quoted price and I was treated by an equally helpful and friendly finance officer, Ethel. I was using my own bank and she could not have been more helpful and easy to work with. I will recommend Herson’s to any and all that is in the market for a new car, and it will be the first and hopefully only dealership I need for my next purchase.

If I could give them zero star for service I would! I don't know why I did not stop going to this dealer for our Kia Sorento service sooner! Two different occasions technicians left the lug nut loose after tire rotations and I was lucky to notice it accidentally! I called the service manager to complain but to my surprise he took it very lightly. The last blow came about a year and half ago when our Kia Sorento shifter got stuck in park position so I called the service, took the truck there! big mistake!! incompetent tech guy unnecessarily replaced three parts on three different occasions without fixing the issue and finally they gave me BS telling me the issue is related to ECU (on back order for 6 months) and it would cost $2500 to fix it. I made an appointment with another dealer up in Gaithersgurg and they fixed the issue in one try.I am telling you this dealer service department is giving Kia a bad name

The customer service team at Herson’s Kia is outstanding! Arturo recognizes customers and greets them by name.The service department manager Josh graciously handled a warranty issue promptly and without hesitation. Additionally, the manager Kevin Murphy goes out of his way to greet customers by name also. They are a wonderful Kia dealership!

In a world where good customer service is hard to find, I found perfect customer service at Herson’s Kia. I live 700 miles away, but I was on the search for a very specific Kia Carnival at MSRP. Most dealers are charging thousands over, but Herson’s had one in stock. I called on Monday and had a very nice conversation with Alison Ramirez (business development consultant). She immediately put me in touch with Jazz Delos Santos (manager) , who promised he would hold the vehicle for me until I could fly up on Friday. Throughout the week, Alison and Jazz touched base, answered all of my questions, and continued to promise the van would not be sold. I landed Friday morning and taxied to the dealership. Upon arrival, the van was sitting out front, clean, ready to test drive. Jazz welcomed me into the dealership, introduced me to his colleague Jonathan Valencia (sales consultant) who would handle the sale. Throughout the process, they were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and made the experience a pleasure. I actually had fun. After the drive, I was introduced to Jonathan Delacruz-Garcia, who would handle the finance aspect. We walked into his office, with paperwork ready, pen on top, and chair pulled. He told me they had all been advised I was flying in early, had a long drive ahead and wanted to be ready for me to sign and leave. He also told me how much the owner of the dealership values employees and how well they are treated, which explains the unparalleled amount of enthusiasm and professionalism that I encountered. In the middle of signing paperwork, I asked if they were going to put a front license plate on, since I didn’t want holes unnecessarily drilled as it’s not required where I live. Jonathan G called Jonathan Valencia, who then literally ran out the door and over to the van to stop the drilling process. I’ve never seen someone run at work before…Amazing. After we wrapped up, they topped the gas tank off and I was on my way. The experience was so pleasant that when I buy my next Kia, I will fly to DC, take a taxi to Herson’s, and do this all over again. The 12 hour drive home was worth it just to experience what customer service should be like. Words can’t describe it, you have to go experience it for yourself.
