Jan Active Therapy is a physiotherapy practice that helps patients with a wide variety of musculoskeletal and movement issues. The therapists are described as awesome, extraordinary, knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, and professional. They take time to listen, explain everything clearly, and create a comfortable, respectful environment. The practice employs effective techniques including dry needling, shockwave therapy, and targeted exercises. Patients report that dry needling works wonders to quickly release tight muscles, providing relief even for painful areas like the lower back and glutes. Therapists teach exercises that give patients tools to handle flare-ups, improve joint stability, posture, and muscle tone, and rebuild strength. Specific results mentioned by patients include containing migraines, getting back pain under control, recovering from a lumbar sprain to enjoy a vacation, and improving a golf game by increasing driver distance and smoothing weight transfer. The therapists help patients understand their body's limits, rework daily habits to prevent injury, and move with more intention and confidence. The overall sentiment is highly recommended, with patients calling the practice a life saver and expressing gratitude for the significant, positive shifts in their health and activity levels.

Kristina was the best physical therapist I have ever worked with, and I have had a LOT of biomechanical issues over the years. I can honestly say she helped me to finally make some real progress on chronic problems that date back decades, and that have proven resistant to many other therapies and therapists.
