this is my first time and last time order. I ordered online for a portabella cheese steak. it took 45 mins to get my order ready for pick up. It taste so salty, beef and the bread is dry.

I tried to order a steak sub but was told that they couldn’t make it because they were to busy making a large order. No problem, I went around the corner and ordered an amazing steak sub from Paisano’s.

I attempted to get food from this location. I called between 8:35 till I arrived at 8:52 pm to which no one answered. Then to my surprise the store still should have been open but the door was locked and the worker came to the door to ask if it is a pickup to which I said no due to not being able to put in a order since 8:35 . No one offered to make my order as if I arrived after 9pm . I find it frustrating that after I attempt many times to patron this establishment that there only concern is to get home before the store is even suppose to be closed.

Delicious subs made to order. My favorite here is the Chipotle Cheesesteak, it's got all the elements of a quintessential east coast cheesesteak but taken up a notch with the creamy chipotle sauce. Only had delivery here so can't speak on the service but can say the subs were always done without error.

Hate this store but also love it.This Jersey Mike's location is quality wise better than the one in Wheaton. Maybe that's why its always busy. If you go in to order no issues. Pickup I've never had a order ready on time or even close to 10 min after. I legit placed a order at 350 AM so I didnt have to worry about it all day and even with a full 9+ hrs of prep I still waited 15min after my ready time to get my food. However my food is great. And always consistent in taste.

Most of the time, they make amazing big filled subs. Loaded with all you ask for. And they come firmly packaged so nothing falls out or separates. Makes me very happy when I get a sub like that.But sometimes they make subs without all that care and precision that kind of hurts my heart when slide them out of the paper bag, and unwrap them :( for example, tonight’s subs. One grand masterpiece, and another that, well, could pass as a Subway sub.

Second time ordering from this location, first time got bacon chips in my sandwich from them putting it on and taking it off, also neglected to give me extra meat i payed for. This time no bacon, but still no extra meat. And if this is extra meat, ur basically paying for a salad on a roll. Will gladly post pictures of my $14 sub with 4 slices of thinly sliced meat.
