I had to bring my son to get some repeated labs for his nephrology doctor. Yes it was a lot of people there, yes there was a line and yes we had to wait but it was worth it. The front desk Jessica has great customer service she made sure every patient that walked got a sincere apology for the long wait and they would be seen soon as they can and once we got to the back Ms. Marie was so nice and welcoming again she was very apologetic about the wait and thanked us for our patience. I want to say thank you to the staff because to there early on a Saturday morning with a big crowd is very overwhelming and you guys did great with keeping us informed. If I have to bring my child again for any labs this is my spot and if I got the names wrong forgive me I am bad with names……

I was told I can walk in and drop off a sample. Instead they had me waiting 45 minutes. Don’t tell customers they can drop off when they can’t.

I went to this location as a walk-in for a pediatric blood test. I think the wait time was worth it since I couldn’t find appointments available . We just waited around an hour.
Ada was very kind with my 9 year old son. He was nervous but she comforted him during the process. Thank you so much Ada!

Came here 12 weeks ago for a blood draw, and I feel like the pain at the blood draw site (wrist below my thumb) is still as bad as the day it was drawn.
I was labeled a “hard stick” (if I heard correctly) because the veins in both my elbows stopped letting blood flow before my doctor’s order could be completed. The phlebotomist frustratedly told me he could have seen 6 patients in the time it was taking just to draw my blood. He consulted his supervisor and I was informed that if they couldn’t get the blood, then even a partial order of the results couldn’t be completed and I’d have to come back another time if my doctor wanted to submit a new and smaller order. Or, they could try going through my wrist as the third stick. I was recently postpartum and couldn’t imagine finding another time to schedule a blood draw so I consented and they discussed two needle gauge sizes and “you know which one I’d like to use…”. We held the wrist of my dominant hand in a painful orientation and got the blood, but since then, it’s been hard to support my baby’s head with that hand or to wriggle his clothes on with it. I also struggle to hold a hair brush, use scissors, or practice sign language. I’m currently seeking therapy to see if we can heal whatever injury was caused during this draw.

Generally speaking, to me, whether staff is polite or not, is secondary to whether they can do their jobs correctly. I certainly don't expect to be called back a second time because staff didn't label the vials correctly. If they made a mistake with labeling the vials, maybe they should fix that themselves.
I don't drive so I allocate my time wisely. I have studying to do for a certification along with part-time work, and I basically lost all that time due to their mistake. From 2 PM until I got home I basically had to deal with soaked jackets and soaked socks because I was rushing for time related reasons due to their mistake and barely made it to dialysis in DC, almost no differently than normal. So I woke up at 7 AM to catch the 8 AM bus where I live, and I didn't get back home until 12 AM. That's 17 hours. If I got to dialysis earlier I could've left earlier and gotten home earlier.
Honestly, I've been to Labcorp locations in Germantown and DC and never had this issue. I only picked this one because it was close to my storage unit, but it seems that was a mistake. Given what happened, I would've saved time going to either Germantown location.

I've been here a few times and, thankfully, have had a nice experience. The staff were friendly and professional. Sometimes, it does get busy, and I had to wait a bit longer, but overall, I had no issues.

This was a third lab corp location where I brought my little one for blood work. I know that working with babies and toddlers is challenging, but Maria was very professional and fast. Wait also was not long.

Back to review again! I absolutely love the staff today. Coincidently, not the same staff as my last visit. Jessica is very caring and amazing. She put extra care and comfort to my adult daughter with a disability’s needs. Marie is very skilled and did a great job with my 43 draws and my daughter whom has very small veins 😩.
We will forever choose this location.

Needs more staff or something. Takes over an hour every time you come to this one no matter the time of day. Go to one of the other ones nearby.

Was an awful experience!! Nurse blew out 2 veins!! She had no expertise in working with small veins!! I left without completing my bloodwork. Waste of time and pain!! Now I'm icing my arm!!

I checked in online and received a text message that my technician was ready to see me. When I got to the front desk I told the person behind the desk I had gotten the text and their response was "I don't think so." They said nothing else to me before calling out to someone else in the waiting room.
The waiting room itself felt dated, unkempt, and unclean. There were not enough parking spots. I would not recommend this location.

Arrived at the facility at exactly 11 am not realizing they close then. The man walking in-front of me was let in and then through the glass the receptionist screamed out and told me they’re closed and locked the door infront of me.Very unprofessional and rude

Lovely staff, and fast service. I have no idea why they have bad reviews. I’ve been here a few times and have never had an issue.
