As a nurse, I can tell you I am shocked at what transpired during this visit. I escalated my concerns to the manager. She heard me out, and assured me that she would address the concerns I raised, and voiced her dismay and disappointment at how her employees behaved. She also acknowledged that her employee's behavior was fraudulent, and apologized profusely. Sadly, I wouldn't return.I walk in. The phlebotomist didn't say hello, just waved me over, and looked annoyedShe then said, "What a last name."ME: That's not the best comment to make about someone's name, you should be trying to provide culturally competent care.HER: Huffed, "Ok."ME: I'm telling you this as a nurse, you should want to provide culturally competent care to everyone. You should treat everyone's name the same, whether it's Jones or [insert my last name].HER: Fishes in vein, poking the needle every which way, clearly not having any awareness of of where the vein was actually located. I tell her she's not in the vein, so she withdraws.HER. Contaminates the second needle, and was going to proceed with insertion until Ipointed out the contamination, and asked her to get a new needle. I also requested for someone else to do the second draw.ME: I asked for her name. She told me her name. I asked to see her badge to confirm it. Her badge had a different name on it than the one she initially provided. I brought this to her attention, and she denied having given me the first name.HER: She left our cubicle, and proceeded to complain out loud to her colleague about our interaction. They proceeded to discuss it, took zero ownership, and spoke poorly of me. This was within earshot of other patients as well.

I come 20 minutes early to get my blood work done but the staff was 10 minutes late and when they finally come in me a few more patience try to get inside, but they lock the door and turn it off the light knowing they were late and we have been waiting for long time . Terrible service.

The staff is absolutely lovely! Quick to help us and we were out no later than 15 minutes!

Quick and easy. I have found that it's just as easy to walk in as make an appointment. Staff are friendly and skilled. The only downside is that, at this point, the only way to check in is through the kiosk. It takes a bit of time, and there's only one kiosk.

My experience was great and not at all like a number of negatives commitment. Minimal wait time, the phlebotomist was competent and hit my vein on first try. Check-in staff member was friendly and efficient. Very good overall experience.

Not as bad as people say. Phlebotomist was nice, draw was painless as one could hope for.

I don't know what the tech did but he tweaked the needle at the end and it was incredibly painful. It was over a week ago and the site is painful and bruised.

Very bad experience : they just don’t care about customers! I first checked in on their machine and they barely talked to me; the lady opened the door but no one told me where to go or what to do. when the man finally joined me he was blaming me for not going into any room . I told him that I didn’t know which one to go to since they didn’t tell me anything . Then he got ready to take my blood didn’t ask me which arm I was comfortable with. Finally for the urine sample I was just given the cup and once again I was not told what to do with it after I was done . And when I asked he told me to put in on the shelf as if it was obvious (nothing was indicated!) .Finally no one told me I was set and I could leave , and I had to ask again.Ending up with a humongous bruise on my arm . I definitely not recommend that place .

Another positive lab experience. Went mid day for routine labs and was in and out in less than 10 mins. No wait and as usual Misi is kind and competent.

Stay away from here, very rude and stuck me repeatedly to no avail had no emotion! Never got blood done

I went to the Rockville Labcorp. The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in. I was pleased to see that it was not crowded. I was able to quickly sign in using the self-check in process. After quickly verifying my information, the staff sent me back to have my blood drawn. The phlebotomist was very professional and was able to complete the blood draw very quickly without searching for a vein. This was my first time going to this Labcorp, I will definitely use this one in the future. I had a much better experience than at many other locations.

My 1st experience with this labcorp was they lost my paperwork and I had to redo my blood work all over again. But one of the ladies at the front desk helped me to straight what happened to the last set of labs that I did. Overall I'm happy that everything worked out.

If there is a zero star I would have given it. There's no one in front. I waited over 15 minutes. Finally a guy comes in and when I asked who long I have to wait he said he was on lunch. Don't waste your time and go somewhere else

Had great experience with my 9yo daughter there. We had appointment scheduled to draw blood. Arrived and they saw us within 5min. Receptionist was helpful and friendly. Person who drew blood made my daughter calm down/relax and she had great experience (said she felt nothing!). Easy, fast and painless.

The check in system works really bad causing the lines, the front clerk desk asked the credit card instead of asking insurance first to realize that lab test is covered by insurance or not.
