I took my car there for service. Despite clear instructions not to wash my already clean car, it was washed and poorly dried, leaving marks and water stains. This is the second time this happened at Rockville. Also, the loaner car was dirty and had food left inside. I am extremely disappointed and will no longer use your services. I have also advised my friends and family to avoid your center.

My wife and I wandered on to the Lexus lot about a month ago. Doug met us and invested his time and energy in explaining the process and obtaining the car we wanted. The week it arrived, the Ourisman team spent hours explaining the IT aspects and mechanics of the car. A long day but the education was much appreciated. Excellent purchasing experience.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ali at Lexus of Rockville and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I had a great experience buying a used Lexus at this dealership. Chris was awesome, spending lots of time with me, answering all my questions (he knew almost everything off the top of his head, but was careful to look up the ones he wasn't sure of), and showing me a number of models. He came along on several test drives to show me all the features along the way, and he went out of his way to make sure the car I bought was in tip-top shape. They had to order a new part for the console, and he came to my house to drop off a loaner while he took my car in to install the part. All in all, a phenomenal customer experience. I highly recommend.

I receive outstanding service, the best, from my Service Manager Mike, and the mechanics at Ourisman Lexus! They make my maintenance and repairs comfortable and easy, and take amazing care of my car. Mike and the mechanics listen to what is needed, help me understand what maintenance needs to be done and the options available, and make sure everything is properly taken care of. They have earned my trust for service and quality. I especially appreciate Mike's personal service, he listens and understands what I need, looks into any questions I have, works with the mechanics and lets me know details that will help me make repair decisions, keeps me informed, and is respectful of my time and helps with a loaner car when repairs will take a while and I need to get on with my day. My car is a tad old, 20+ years, was born at Lexus of Rockville, and has been beautifully maintained all this time. I appreciate the experienced mechanics that know how to keep my car in excellent condition, and get the maintenance and repairs done right the first time. The personal service and quality work gives me confidence in the dealership as a whole, not just the staff I interact with. I consider the Ourisman Lexus service department the very best I have come across, thank you!

I had an awesome experience. Everyone was courteous and responsive to my needs. Stephanie was able to book me an early appointment and noted that I would need a loaner car. When I arrived to my 7 am appointment Omar greeted me with a smile, quickly checked in my vehicle, and got me in a loaner car, knowing that I had limited time.When I picked up my car Omar went over my inspection and I was one my way!Thank you for the excellent customer service that I have become accustomed too!

You should definitely check this Lexus dealership out If you're in the market for a new / pre-owned Lexus. I do currently own 4 other cars and wanted to get an IS for fun as I owned them in my 20's. Ryan (GSM), James Wang (Finance Manager), both Angela and Chris from sales were amazing and extremely friendly to deal with. Straight forward, no funny business is happening here for sure. They truly made my experience smooth and flawless. I was in and out within an hour. I will be sure to recommend all my family and friends to this place.Thank you for the great deal and unforgettable experience.

All, I have to say go to Hector Zacipa. He provides outstanding customer service and is knowledgeable about the vehicles that he is selling. My mom and I spoke to Hector for around 15 minutes prior to our appointment the next day. He provided us with vehicle specs and listened to our needs in addition to providing options based on our conversation. The management at Ourisman Rockville have discovered a sales star.

As a loyal infiniti consumer my wife & I wanted to give the lexus brand a try..I found the vehicle I wanted online..I contacted the salesman & told him I would like the carfax and all pertinent info on the ES. I noticed in the carfax that an accident was noted. I called the sales guy and inquired about the notation. He stated it was a minor cosmetic issue. I flew from Raleigh nc to the dealership. The salesman ame in on his day off and allowed me to test drive the car ...after returning to the dealership he says that there was damage to the hood. I test drove another similar vehicle. I decided to purchase it. During the process the salesman & manager STRONGLY INSISTED I purchase additional warranty ( leather protection & paint protection & tracking device). I declined. I was taken to the finance offer where the finance person STRONGLY suggested the same warranties. I declined...by the time I finished it was cold and rainy & the salesman stated he needed to get home so I drove back to NC. The next day I left to go out of town and returned home weeks later. When I examined the car it had deep scratches on the trunk, dents in left side panel, drivers door had big dent and bumper had damaged. I text the salesman told him the situation he response was insulting. I've spent enormous amounts of money at detail shops try to correct the trunk and hood damage to no avail. I've not heard back from the salesman nor anyone else. I rechecked the carfax and it indicated no accidents, HOWEVER, the paperwork outlining the CPO checklist indicated accident and bumper damage ( this conflicts with the carfax)..This car should have NEVER been on a lexus lot..may a mom & pop car lot..this is not represent the lexus reputation or brand!!!! I will not purchase from this dealership EVER again..and others should be skeptical!!

From the initial link email link up all the way to the post purchase follow up, Ourisman Lexus treated me like a true VIP customer. A special shout out to Moquit (salesman) and Amal (Finance Director) who went above and beyond to meet our needs. We had some very specific option wants and tight timeline, and they went to bat to meet all of them. I very much appreciated the awesome pricing, total transparency, excellent communication, and attention yo detail. Moquit was super caring to our little one and provided tailored attention to each member of my family. I highly highly recommend checking out Ourisman Lexus FIRST when shopping for a car.

Be aware of smart key shortage!!! Ask before you buy! It took me 7 months to get my second key. Sales staff and management were unresponsive and unhelpful.Nov '23. Paid full price in cash for new Lexus.Jan '24. Picked up car with one key only. Sales (fahd.abuassi, kewei.wu) said second key would arrive in a few weeks.Feb-June. No information on how to get second key.June. Notice from Lexus to get key from dealer. Chat on-line with dealer failed to help.July. Went to Parts dept in person for new key. Email to managers seth.hamm, Arnold.Garcia but no response.Aug. Service manager Brendan Bart checked on key. It had not been ordered. He was able to find a spare and made my key. Thank you Brendan!I don't know if this is an "Ourisman" problem, but my previous car from Rockville Lexus was a smooth purchase with experienced and caring sales staff. "Ourisman" management, sales and parts staff are a huge disappointment.

Good place to buy your next car! Thanks to Athanasios who helped me. Subtract 1star because I only received one key fob. They told me it might be 5 months to get my other fob. This is an update. Athanasios made arrangements for my second key! I could not be happier with this dealership.
