I used to go to Ron regularly prior to Covid. I’m so glad to return. He understands my needs with my musculoskeletal issues. I am grateful. He is an amazing and most professional therapist. Thank you Ron!!!!

They never answer their phones and when they due they are extremely rude for no reason. They aren't professional in any way. Please save your money and go else where.

I booked my initial facial with Toni in early 2023 and decided to become a member of Massage Envy. Toni is a wonderful esthetician and I have enjoyed each appointment I've had with her. She is an asset to Massage Envy.Since that initial appointment it has been challeging to book monthly appointments for facials due to being unable to book appointments at all. I had to call back multiple times to try to book an appointment. Tony works part time at this location and the staff doesn't know her schedule far in advance. Additionally, they had no other estheticians employed until recently and the new esthetician only worked during the week. None of this was known to me when I became a member.When I indicated that scheduling was a problem and booking appointments during the week didn't work for me, I was told that was the way it was. I think the staff has to field lots of calls from angry or frustrated members. I work during the week so, the weekend is my preferred time to have a facial. It got so bad that I was unable to book an appoint for at least one month despite multiple calls to try to book an appointment . I was also told I’d be added to the list and called when they could book appointments but no one ever called me.Stay far away from Massage Envy, they take your money and don't care whether they have staff to accommodate their members.I sent paper work to cancel my membership in August but no one ever reached out to me about the cancellation request.Despite emailing them and leaving messages with the front desk, management has never responded to my emails or returned my calls. I will never use this company again and urge everyone to stay away.

I had an apt today at noon for a facial. While I was waiting in the "tranquility room" (aka their waiting room) me and 2 other clients hear this employee have a total meltdown. Screaming and yelling "I'm not going to stay here for one client, I paid gas money to drive here...." I kept thinking wow, this women seem unprofessional. After 20 min past my apt. The receptionist comes to me and say "So that was your esthetician and we are going to have to cancel your apt as she just left. But don't worry we are not going to charge you"Really?! Where you really going to charge me for not getting the service and wasting my time? If anything they should have provided some free service to make up for all the drama.I can not say anything about the other locations of massage envy, but def don't recommend this one!

Had good massage w/ Eliane, who smoothed out major knotted muscles for me. Their air conditioning wasn't working but not her fault. She made sure to turn on a fan in the room. Membership gives a good price & makes it easy when you travel to use other M.E.'s.

Worst place ever. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. All they do is to take your money and don’t book any massages. Nancy the manager is super rude, not helpful at all and she doesn’t solve any issues. Totally useless. Not sure how she is a manager because she sure doesn’t do anything for you. All she does is yell and talks over you. They don’t have any masseuses. So please be aware before you sign up for a membership.
