Beware of buying from this company. This review is not for a specific store but for the company itself. I ordered artificial wreaths online through Michaels. Not only did I receive the wrong size wreaths but several arrived damaged. Repeated calls to the company have been answered with "Items cannot be returned." Nowhere on my order did it specify "final sale" as the law requires. Please note that anything that you purchase online through Michaels may not be returnable even if that isn't specified. I am out money but I want to make sure that no-one else has to be.

This is my local Michaels so I go often. Staff are friendly and helpful. I do have problems navigating with my wheelchair especially when extra end caps or displays are up for Halloween and Christmas. Often I expend more energy going around the displays trying to get to items I need.

Not impressed with the customer service or lack thereof.If staff is going to offer one customer a 20% off coupon, they should do it for ALL customers! One white woman customer said "I'm looking for my coupon in my email." The white staff member replied "Oh, the 20% off one, I got it for you." The customer NEVER showed the coupon and the staff member gave her the discount. What about offering it to your black and Hispanic customers too? SMH.I won't be back to this location.

The store is amazing. Everything is placed beautifully & always stocked. The overall appearance of the store is clean & not overcrowded with extra boxes of supplies. I'm impressed with the new 'Self Check-out counters. The sales & coupons make shopping there a win, win, so enjoy as I always do.

Michael’s is your go to craft store, but our recent trip was for custom framing. All of the employees were courteous, listened to our needs and find the most economical solution. We are getting both new paper backings and full custom frame jobs and a great Memorial Day discount to boot. If you have unique framing ideas, make sure to check them out.

I don't have complaints about the store itself or the items. But I've never been so belittled by any employee like this so I just wanted to give feedback and a warning to others.. I ordered online. Because the curbside link wasn't working for me, I went inside to pick it up. I took 5 seconds to read the different signs there - one asking me to press a button if I was picking up, another saying I could do a self-service online pickup. I decided to just do self-service so I started looking at the letters. Literally 5 seconds later, an employee asked if I needed help and asked for my last name. I told her and she said "it was right here" in front of me with a belittling tone. I mentioned that I was trying to figure out if it was listed by my first name or last name (for example, Panera does it by first name). I think she misheard and thought I said I couldn't find my name because she said in the most sarcastic sing-songy voice "oh yeah I know. It's ALPHABETIZED so I can see why that was so hard."I'm not the kind of person to pick a fight but I was so close to saying "excuse me?" out loud because of how shocked I was... but refrained and walked out. That was the most sarcastic, rude encounter I've ever had and it honestly put me in a pretty bad mood as I felt so belittled. I was literally inside for a total of 30 seconds so it's not like I was having an especially hard time finding my order or anything and even if I was, that was no way to speak to anyone let alone a customer... I'm in customer support myself and talk to many people who need help for seemingly "simple" things. I have never made (and hope I never will make) anyone feel as stupid as the way she made me feel... If that lady couldn't find it in her control to keep comments like that to herself I don't think she should be in retail or customer service.
