I rarely have to go into the credit union. There was a line and I was able to do everything I wanted today without too much of a delay. I like that I was able to get "debit cards" as gifts without added fees. They had holiday themed gift cards as well as cards and envelopes to go with the card (when I asked). I also needed to replace a debit card and left with a replacement in-hand. Santiago, who I believe is new, did a good job. I don't love the newly designed space and I am not there often enough to care too much.

There is always a line at this location. Sometimes I walk in and right back out. The staff is always nice and helpful but the constant line is a problem.

Terrible service. Always so slow for deposits or to check on account info! The ATM rarely work to make deposits or withdraw. The lines are always long with only one teller.This branch is worst than any I visit.

I am writing this review with regard to our experience with Christian for loan consulting at the Rockville branch today. This is our second meeting with him. He is very knowledgeable, patient and puts his heart into helping the customers. He has been very helpful in addressing all our needs and concerns and provides the best possible options for each and every situation. He has not been just a financial consultant but works genuinely to help the customers find their way as well. We have been banking with navy federal for over 20 years now and have come across many wonderful consultants and loan officers and whole heartedly wish navy credit union retains and recognizes such wonderful people like Christian.

I recently visited this location and had such a wonderful experience! When I first walked in I was greeted by Riya at the front desk. I was dealing with a situation that was quite frustrating and was beginning to think I was running out of options to rectify the situation. In talking with Riya, she not only listened to what I had to say, she found the perfect course of action for me to take! I left the branch and came back to meet with Yeanoh. She was pleasant and kind. I really appreciated the fact that Riya noted in the system what I needed to accomplish that day, it saved me from having to repeat what I already shared with Rita. Thank you to the both of you for providing top-teir customer service!

Very bad experience today at this branch. I and my wife both got navy fedral accounts and been loyal customers for over six years and my two cars are also financed with them. Today, my wife just wanted to transfer money from Boa to her navy account and they asked for proof of two forms of id. She provied passport, certtification of citizenship and social card and navy fed access code but branch mgr deined to help And insisted to provide them dr license or state id instead. I was so paitient and explained we transfered money with same ids last week and there was no issue. I asked to speak with branch mgr, she was just listening and staring at us without coming to help or explain and instead she sent a young lady, stated she is senior assistant to escort us out of the bank. We invest our hard earned money there and pay interest that they get paid but in exchange thats how you being treated. I will soon look for alternatives.
