If I could give 10 stars I would! From start to finish Corey was an excellent salesman. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, and had great communication. I live in DE and was able to handle my purchase without even coming to the dealership! Best experience ever! Shoutout to the finance manager Bruce for putting everything together for me as well. He was wonderful, quick and thorough. Thank you guys so much. This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from an Ourisman dealership, I highly recommend them!

I bought the vehicle on a Friday, was told it would be delivered the following Monday because it was on a truck coming from Detroit, it's now Thursday, and I have been told it's actually not going to be here for three weeks because it is coming from South Korea, not Detroit. If we would have known that from the beginning, we probably would not have bought the vehicle.UPDATE: We did receive the vehicle one week after purchase. We are overall satisfied with the vehicle.

My service rep was fine. In hind sight I should have taken more time with my decision to get work done there. I believe I was taken advantage of and over charged for services I should have gone someplace else for. I was charged over $700 for labor alone and a service that I’m quite sure didn’t take that long or expertise. I would never recommend this dealership. I was only in this area because my son was battling terminal brain cancer and need my vehicle to travel back and forth. It’s my fault I trusted a business that didn’t have my best interest at heart. It was more about making money. It was quite disappointing and financially draining. Truly disappointed.

This dealership does not respect its customer nor provide accurate and reliable pricing. I arrived on time to my appointed. The appointment was scheduled a week earlier to address several items noted on a multipoint inspection. They were supposed to install a license plate bracket, and replace the passenger cabin air filter as well as the engine air filter. When I arrived the estimate I was presented was $120 (25%) more than what was quoted when the appointment was scheduled. When questioned about the discrepancy the service tech corrected the estimate. I waited over 4 hours at the dealership to have this relatively minimal work completed. No one approached me or gave me an update. When I asked the service technician for an update he told me "the shop had ran out of the part and was getting it from the warehouse". This was the same excuse I was given a week earlier when they failed to complete the work on my first visit. Is the warehouse 2 hours away? Why was the part not present when they knew the appointment was scheduled? Is there a run on license plate brackets? The dealership showed zero urgency to complete the work and zero respect for my time as a paying customer. I cancelled the bracket install and asked for my car back.The dealership's pricing is misleading and they are dishonest in how they present it. When I was presented with the final bill there was a $45 "miscellaneous service" charge included. This was in addition to the amount I was quoted. The miscellaneous service charge was a 21% mark-up on top of the work that was completed. The service manager indicated this was a set percentage applied to all bills to cover random expenses like paper floor mats and small screws. Nowhere, at any time, in any conversation was this mark-up mentioned. Isn't this exactly what the parts and labor line item covers? I had 2 air filters changed and they added a mark-up more expenses than the air filter for "random small screws". The dealership then added a 3% credit card fee mark-up (which was disclosed). All told I was charged 25% in mark-ups for a basic service item. I left feeling like I had been taken for a ride and the dealership had zero respect for me as a person or customer. They were dishonest in their pricing. Lazy in their work. Disrespectful in their approach to the customer. When I left the first time I felt slightly used but chalked it up to dealerships. This time I felt like nothing more than a bank account to be milked dry. They were so dishonest that I actually popped the hood to confirm they put the parts they had charged me for in the car. Needless to say, I will not be going back.

The normal scene that I've grown accustomed to when entering the service department of a car dealership is that one service rep is on the phone, another few are staring intently into their computer screens as if they don't see anyone, and another is talking to a customer or another employee. And none seem to know or care that someone is waiting. Not at Ourisman Chevrolet of Rockville. After purchasing our Chevy Colorado from another dealership, I took it to Ourisman for its first service today as that is the closest dealership to my home. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Allen Krum in the most friendly and helpful way possible. He obtained my information necessary for the service appointment and got me on my way in less than 5 minutes. The entire time I was talking to him, he was friendly, caring and generally interested in making sure that I was well taken care of. He actually noticed that our vehicle had a wrap and inquired whether it could be washed... which it couldn't and I had forgot to mention this. Talk about a good catch by him. This was honestly such a breath of fresh air from the norm. I will definitely continue to use Ourisman Chevy for all of my vehicle's service needs, and if I am ever in the market to purchase another Chevy... they have my business!

Not only did Chevy Ourisman beat all the competition on our new and hard to find Chevy Bolt EUV but our sales person Tyler Walker and the whole team stayed until 11pm to finalize the deal. We were traveling through the DC area when our Chevy Tahoe broke down on us. Fortunately we were close to Ourisman of Rockville. We contacted Ourisman and were connected with Roland Ea, Service Manager. Roland went out of his way to get us in for service that same day with a big assist from Rob, the lead mechanic. Roland arranged for transport to a local rental car agency which allowed us to go ahead with our trip knowing repairs were underway in the capable hands of Roland and Rob. Great experience. Thank you so much to Roland and Rob!

They get a 3 because they were nice while I was there, fed me lunch, negotiated somewhat fairly.The initial salesperson that I made contact with was also a manager and seemed like he was going to take care of my needs, so I went with the Ourisman dealership of Rockville. When I arrived at the dealership Saturday 2 September, I was presented with a sales rep in training and explained they would work as a team to help me. While he did a good job taking care of my basic needs, it felt the original manager /sales rep was really pulling the strings to negotiate and find the car I was looking for. They did everything in their power for me to ensure I left with a new car. That said, I trusted that they knew and cared what my deal breakers were, tow package, roof racks, and sunroof. They found a "different vehicle" than what I had seen online and wanted. Looked the same minus the exterior color, which I was not to concerned about, so I accepted the offer. The vehicle was another dealership, so I went home and waited for my car to be delivered. Communication seemed great up to this point. Once the car was delivered without a tow package and rails, I was told I could keep my old rails and they would schedule tow package installation. I received my car and turned in mine. I tried to install my old roof racks and it turns out they were not compatible with the new 2023 model. The next day, Sunday 3 September, I continued the text message conversation thread with the original and main sale rep/manager and explained the situation as well as sent a picture of the window sticker I was shown and was in the vehicle, stating it should have the cross rails. I heard nothing and received nothing in response. I waited until Tuesday 5 September, and I messaged again and drove to the dealership to turn in my old 2019 cross rails so they could be used with my trade in since they were not compatible with the 2023. I received no reply but went to dealership anyway. I was attended at the dealer by another sales associate which texted both of my sales representatives to inform them of me wanted to get on update on scheduling the tow package install and confirm the rails discrepancy. I left the dealership and received a call from the secondary/in training rep stating he would contact the manager and find out a status. Mind you still no reply from the "manager". Saturday 9 September rolled around, and I messaged the secondary rep and asked for an update or status. He stated the manager is "working on ordering the tow package" and that the car did not come with a roof rack. I then send the same information and picture of the window sticker, to which the response was oh ok and they would reach out to the other dealership on Monday 11 September.Despite the continuous emails requesting I answer surveys, I was waiting in hopes the Ourisman dealership would realize their lack of professional customer service and just communicate actions, potential delays, estimated time frame, or just apologize for the inconvenience. This has not happened, and my patience is gone.I am disappointed and dissatisfied with the fake friendly eagerness I was treated with at the showroom which has turned to neglect. I am unable to continue my daily activities without a tow package or roof racks meanwhile Ourisman Chevrolet of Rockville reps are indifferent.

Excellent dealership. Friendly and efficient folks!! Buying a car takes a long time, especially when asking for specific options for the vehicle, but the nice folks made it seem not quite so long. They were able to find the Blazer we wanted at a sister dealership and had it delivered all in the same day. Beautiful Blazer and great dealership!!!

First thing of any business you go in his customer service dislocation it has poor and bullshit customer service attitude problem, that customer service especially manager I don't know she wants a manager or not. Honestly I forget her name and I don't wanna even remember her name anymore. Only thing I don't recommend these car dealer to nobody. Please don't go there you can see from the app days rate is only two*it's mean something wrong with this business . That poor bullshit, customer service attitude problem. Forget about the rest of the stuff.

I had a fantastic experience at Ourisman Chevrolet of Rockville when helping my daughter purchase her first car. Both the sales and finance teams went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. They were knowledgeable, patient, and provided excellent customer service. WOW!! What a great experience I had!! Never ever food I think that the dreaded car buying experience could be so easy. Ourisman Chevrolet in Rockville hit it out of the park. Takeya went over the top to make my buying experience as easy and painless as possible. Nakeya did an awesome job getting the financing and all paperwork to me in what seemed like warp speed. Great Job guys you have a new life customer.
