This dealership does not respect its customer nor provide accurate and reliable pricing. I arrived on time to my appointed. The appointment was scheduled a week earlier to address several items noted on a multipoint inspection. They were supposed to install a license plate bracket, and replace the passenger cabin air filter as well as the engine air filter. When I arrived the estimate I was presented was $120 (25%) more than what was quoted when the appointment was scheduled. When questioned about the discrepancy the service tech corrected the estimate. I waited over 4 hours at the dealership to have this relatively minimal work completed. No one approached me or gave me an update. When I asked the service technician for an update he told me "the shop had ran out of the part and was getting it from the warehouse". This was the same excuse I was given a week earlier when they failed to complete the work on my first visit. Is the warehouse 2 hours away? Why was the part not present when they knew the appointment was scheduled? Is there a run on license plate brackets? The dealership showed zero urgency to complete the work and zero respect for my time as a paying customer. I cancelled the bracket install and asked for my car back. The dealership's pricing is misleading and they are dishonest in how they present it. When I was presented with the final bill there was a $45 "miscellaneous service" charge included. This was in addition to the amount I was quoted. The miscellaneous service charge was a 21% mark-up on top of the work that was completed. The service manager indicated this was a set percentage applied to all bills to cover random expenses like paper floor mats and small screws. Nowhere, at any time, in any conversation was this mark-up mentioned. Isn't this exactly what the parts and labor line item covers? I had 2 air filters changed and they added a mark-up more expenses than the air filter for "random small screws". The dealership then added a 3% credit card fee mark-up (which was disclosed). All told I was charged 25% in mark-ups for a basic service item. I left feeling like I had been taken for a ride and the dealership had zero respect for me as a person or customer. They were dishonest in their pricing. Lazy in their work. Disrespectful in their approach to the customer. When I left the first time I felt slightly used but chalked it up to dealerships. This time I felt like nothing more than a bank account to be milked dry. They were so dishonest that I actually popped the hood to confirm they put the parts they had charged me for in the car. Needless to say, I will not be going back.

Bought my car here, everyone was so nice in sales and everything, car still great 2 years later. The maintenance however is extremely frustrating. You could come at the earliest oil change time and still wait 2+ hours and it's so frustrating. Love me car and the sales team there but maintenance department is super frustrating

I should have read the reviews before dealing with this dealership. As noted by others in this review, these folks are masters of 'bait and switch'. They asked us to fill out the forms and took all our details presumably to sell a Bolt EUA premier. We were called by Joshua, the General Sales Manager at 2:34 PM on 24Jun23 to confirm our 3 PM appointment to sell the car. However, when we went there at the appointed time, we were told that the car was sold minutes ago (hard to verify and confirm). Their shenanigans are unbelievable. They use all types of pressure techniques. I will caution other customers to go their at their own peril. These folks are totally unreliable, cannot be trusted to honor their word.

Do not trust these people! They will quote you a price, take your deposit, and then increase the price by $4k when you're ready to pick up the car. They said they had other customers who were willing to pay more, so our agreement meant nothing. They sold my car to someone else the same afternoon I was supposed to pick it up!AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST.

Took a deposit on a new car, went in to pick it up a week later. And they wanted $4,000 more, and said market has changed. Real hassle, not honoring what they had in emails to me. Actually said someone was using their email without their permission. Really, scummy behavior and then of course it would take a few weeks to get my deposit back if I did not go thru with the sale. Go elsewhere. If they promise you something, ask how you know there promise has worth.

I came in for a routine oil change. This is my first time visiting this particular dealership, but as any driver, I've visited several places for oil changes before.I do not recommend coming here. This was a very unorganized and rude establishment. As I entered, I tried to sign in to my appointment by talking to anyone. No one was responding to me as I asked for assistance, on a couple of occasions someone would look at me and then turn away. Not a single person said "sorry will be with you in a moment" or anything similar. I finally got the attention of a female employee, who told me to go right back to the area where everyone was ignoring me. Fun times. She tried to get her colleagues attention, to also only be ignored. After she continued to ask for assistance (to get me assistance), only employee finally responded to her saying he'd help as soon as he finished his current task. Then when he finally spoke to me, he did not believe a thing I said and requested I get on the phone to call my boyfriend to clarify what needed to be done. I've never been treated like this at any car dealership ever, not even when I was a new driver. After waiting for the oil change to be completed, I witnessed another customer walk in. Only to also be ignored. She asked for assistance, eventually someone responded and said that they were all busy. What were they busy doing? I can tell you, they were deeply invested laughing at things on their cell phones and sharing a bag of popcorn.

Put a deposit down a Z06 over a year ago and we agreed on 30k over sticker. Got a call a few weeks ago from the GM telling me since I'm first on the list it will now be 100k over sticker. No wonder everyone hates car dealers and car salesmen. Don't do business with these guys. Super Shady dealership

Went to Ourisman to buy a used 2019 Volvo XC90. Low mileage--great deal on this car. Test drove. Agreed to price and terms for this car. Mid way through the paperwork with My entire family there we were getting antsy to finish paperwork and drive the car home. Then come the shady used car salesman tactic of this car dealership to get me to sign for the car fax without seeing the report. Mind you we found this car on car gurus and it stated-- no accidents. But thank god I said I couldn't sign because I need to see the actual report before I sign that I acknowledge the car fax report. It was so suspect. Turns out the car was turned in from a lease due to an accident (airbags deployed) and I have no doubt the salesman knew it all along. I would not trust this dealership with your hard earned money!

Do not buy here I got a car 5 days ago (yes is a used ) so even when you buy a used car you expect the car to run good for some thousand miles. Short story i have this car for 5 days 69k miles a 38 thousand car Cadillac xt5 the transmission light went on I came back try to return net so I could get my 7 thousand back they said no I couldn't do it offer me a new vehicle for the one I have and make it look as if I was selling it no returning the car then try to get another 10 thousand from me as down payment. WTF now I'm stuck with a car with bad transmission and still own 30k they didn't even try to get back from me now time to talk with a lawyer.

This place is very decent and organized. Nick was very professional and patient. My old car had an issue with the electrical system that unfortunately expired the date of warranty coverage. Nick and his colleagues still tried their best to consult with GM and save me money!

Oh... lets start!!! I had to service my 2015 2500 silverado with trans flush and trans filter replacement! Great, called Ourisman, after little wait, i believe i woke up someone, a "sleeping" lady answered, that was just first of multiple calls to the dealer, just to advised me that she is just answering calls and have no idea what i am asking for( remote customer service rep), and i will need to wAit until some advisor available to call me back... ok, tried number of times-exactly the same satisfaction... Well, lets explore the service in person!!! Drove in with the truck myself just to make sure they will perform the service i need.. just make sure... Was greeted by nice advisor, he called the tech Matt, appeared to be very knowledgable and professional technician, after a couple of minutes chatting and discussing the procedure, finally came to agreement what to do except one thing, the filter was not actually included in the quote, i was assured it is, so we added missing puzzle. Vehicle went into service, i have left, and within 20 minutes got a phone call, it was my advisor, informing me, that due to high mileage flushing my trans could lead to future issues(lets say i may not know the possible consequences). I have explained that i technician should make his call after draining the fluid and inspecting for metallic and composite deposits, and talked to Matt again, where we agreed on initial plan. OK, great deal, little after 1 PM got a call and was informed that truck is ready to go... Great, came in received my invoice for "discounted" $500, and presented my corporate amex as a form of payment... here we come: we do not accept amex, here is the sign in the middle of wall right theeeerre!!! Well If I was informed about that earlier, i would not have serviced the vehicle today or at least would go to the bank before it closed (12pm on Saturday) and get a certified funds... but no... service manager was off and the sales manager Mike, the most profane manager I have met, said that is Mr. Ourisman's call to not accept the amex... and why didn't inform me before the service??? Ok, asked him to call The service manager, refused, saying that i have to find another method of payments or they will keep the truck until. Asked them to keep my license and a copy of my amex and talked to "boss" on Tuesday, July 5, and he said no I am not doing nothing and there is enough signs that informs client that they do not accept amex, and pointed to 2 signs of 7 service desks. I have asked to call police to get an incident report, which came and that is another story, which already getting escalated, however it may turn to be a good court case. Avoid Ourisman, all of them, I did not mention VW which are the same laymans...

Terrible used car dealership. Do not shop here. Their prices are highly misleading, they offer severely low prices for trade ins, and they are quite rude.
