We had a fantastic experience at Ourisman Mazda of Rockville! We went in expecting the worst (based on horror stories about the car buying experience) and were pleasantly surprised. Sway and his manager were very willing to work with us to find us a vehicle that fit our needs and budget, including locating a vehicle at another location and having it delivered the same day. Sway also went above and beyond to ensure that we received our tags as soon as possible after they were delayed in arriving. We would highly recommend Ourisman Mazda and working with Sway if you're in the market for a new vehicle.

Hands down the best experience i think i could’ve had buying a new car for myself. The staff was lovely, caring and honest; definitely helped me feel completely comfortable the entire time. Kurtis and Ali are your go to’s for ensuring a safe and transparent visit here at oursman. Will for sure be referring anyone i know wanting to buy a new or used car to this dealership and to these lovely members of their team!

It took 1 month to get the car repaired. Communication was very bad / non-existent. I was originally supposed to pick up the car on the next day after drop-off around 10 AM. I was there at 10.30 and was then told that the car wasn't ready yet but "in a few more days" (which, in reality turned out to be 4 more weeks!). I told Scott that I was supposed to pickup the car at 10 AM and here I am - noone called me prior to that time to tell me that more time is needed. Throughout the month, I was almost always the one who had to call your shop to find out what the status of the car was. The team was rarely friendly and never could give me decent estimate about when the car is ACTUALLY done...

Everything went smooth and efficiently. Sway was helpful and great communication from the start. All Staff was great , also I believe it was the dealer manager that gave our son one of the stuffed Volkswagen puppy and thanked us for our purchase as well.

Trust is my first concern about estimates of maintenance needed on my car. This dealer recommended over $1200 of work that was not called for by the schedules in the Mazda owner's manual. When I got home and called my (trusted) local Mazda dealer they confirmed that non of these recommendations were needed on my car at this time. I feel like Ourisman Mazda attempted to rip me off.

I'd give a ZERO rating. I'm never going back to Ourisman Rockville to service my Mazda, which I bought there. Their most egregious error was, during a routine service, to leave the cap off the oil chamber. The oil spewed out during my drive home, the engine seized up, I lost use of my car for several key days, and the service department never owned responsibility or apologized. They also totally messed me around with out-of-state registration and tags which was their responsibility. Nobody cared at all to do a routine job for the customer. It was finally resolved two months later when I called the GM and told him I had cancer (100% true) and Ourisman Mazda's staff negligence and lack of respect for the customer was a horrible, avoidable, extra and unacceptable stress.

Although I spent a full work day here, It was enjoyable. Ian n Gus are great humans. They really got me together. I was able to do a lot of the communication over the phone for my new car. They were able to locate my car and have it there within a day. I am so grateful I chose here for my new car. They were really sweet to work with and if I decide to go Mazda again 3 years from now, I hope these fellas are still here. Thanks guys for getting me right! Side note, Take care of my old car for me now. I know the new owners are going to be proud! ❤️

From my first conversation with Joseph, to talking with Chuck and signing documents with Ed, this tops any other car-buying experiences I've had. And I drove all the way from Raleigh NC to pick up my new car. First time ever negotiating such a major purchase without face to face interaction with the salesperson until taking delivery, but Joseph made me feel at-ease from the start and both he and Chuck (sales manager) were responsive and awesome to work with. Kudos to an awesome dealership! And I love my new VW!

My wife and I recently purchased a new Mazda CX-5 at Ourisman Mazda of Rockville and had a wonderful experience. The sales professionals, especially Ray P., were very cordial and trustworthy, and Ray went above and beyond to make sure our visit was a positive one. They explained the charges for the vehicle and we never felt pressured to buy and felt we received a fair deal. We also thank Johnny K. and Gonzalo for their assistance in the buying process. Overall, a great experience and we highly recommend this dealership.

The services here sucks. Twice, I have brought the car for service, including tire rotation, and as I was driving home the warning light came up notifying me that pressure was low. The first time, I put additional air on the tire and it worked. The second time, the tire was completely flat the following morning. Called numerous times and no one answered the phone. Finally, I spoke with a manager on sales who set up an appointment for me. As you imagine, sales department is better staffed than the service team

Greg,Rob and Gus were very helpful and understanding when it came to my situation. They are very transparent and willing to answer any questions that you may have. One thing I can say about this dealership is the sales agent Joseph Crawford going to get the job done !!! I was so nervous about getting a car but while working with him everything went smoothly he made me feel real comfortable me and my wife was very please specially with the services as well he made sure we both got into something we both like and something that will work out for us & he even made sure we stayed in our price range like wow you can’t beat that. I really appreciated everything he did me and my wife walk out with two nice cars smiling from ear to ear thank you so much !!!! Ask for Joseph Crawford when you go in trust me you won’t be disappointed! :) thank you again

Casey was very helpful in buying a new car at this location. We got a good price on our Mazda CX-30. He did an amazing job in providing all the details of the new car. The best customer service I have ever received. Gregory at Mazda helped me find the perfect vehicle for me and my family. It was my birthday and my wife just had a baby. He got me the best deal and I am completely satisfied with the experience. If you’re shopping for a used Mazda make sure to ask for this guy. Going forward I will always come back to Ourisman Mazda because of the expertise and sales advice from Gregory and his Sales Manager Brandon. They both deserve high recognition awards at this dealership. I look forward to doing future business with Gregory.

Buying a car post pandemic has been an experience...extra fees, disinterested salesmen, and a lack of inventory really gave me an unpleasant view of trying to purchase a car. However, working with Greg made the whole process a lot nicer. He listened to what I wanted and really tried to fulfill all the criteria. He went to bat for me when I finally found a car that I wanted and tried to help me get the best deal. I was also totally impressed with his Sales Manager, Gustavo, who also was pleasant to talk with and was willing to work with us and our budget. The most stressful part was doing the financing/warranty and being there for 5.5 hours. If they could streamline the process I would give them 10 stars!
