I went in today with very little knowledge about tanning salons in general. I was greeted by Kenzie. She was friendly and helped me by answering all my questions. I opted for the tan bed and spray tan the night before my event. Kenzie made me feel confident in choosing this option. The room was clean, the tan bed was also clean and simple to use (specially for those who have no idea what they're doing; like me!) I look forward to returning at the end of the week!Parking is easy but it's around the back for anyone wondering.

Just waited for 20 minutes and then was helped. I kept trying to figure out how the pricing worked. Basically the second level bed is $95 just for one month. The second level bed, out of five. Let that sink in. They have this hidden $25 fee for their flex and their regular pricing. The $25 fee goes away after the first month of a membership. I've been to 1 million tanning places over the last decade and a half and this is by far the most incredibly expensive place I've ever been to. It's unfortunate because they seem to have good reviews otherwise. Don't waste your time and drive all the way here unless you're willing to pay the money, because I couldn't find the prices online and regrettably risked lucking out. :(

5 stars for Daisy! She's super sweet and informative. She has great recommendations without coming off as pushy. I come in about once a week and I'm always happy to see she's working :)

Loooooong time member here. Customer service is hit or miss, but employees are young and therefore immature, so some of it is to be expected. Tonight I had an experience with a passive aggressive associate who has previously been extremely nice to deal with, so I don't know what happened with her tonight but I don't pay $70+ a month to be treated that way. I've already sent a lengthy email to customer service/corporate, but potential customers should be forewarned too. In the past I have tolerated the gaps in customer service because the locations are clean and I'm happy with the end result, but this is a non-essential service and no one deserves to be treated the way I was treated tonight, especially for that price!

Man I really love this location. Not only is it super clean and never has a wait. It's really the staff for me. Every time I come here I greeted with super genuine staff that really care about your tanning needs. I recently upgraded my membership with Cody and he was extremely helpful asked the right question and made a suggestion that really fit with what I needed. Another staff member recently mentioned their specials on lotions and recommended a lotion that I purchased that I absolutely love it gives the best color. Kudos to the staff and managers for running this place really well. I love coming here.

I had been here a few times in the last 15 years and unfortunately this visit was just okay compared to all the other times in the past.Usually I know what I want prior to going but I saw they were running some specials so I decided to inquire about it when I arrived. The girl at the front desk was super sweet and based on the info I was provided, I decided to do the mystic tan.I did everything as I usually do (exfoliate and shower, avoid oils on the skin) but this time I felt the tan was blotchy and didn't provide full coverage. From what I remember from the past, I usually used the booths that sprayed you 4 times but the mystic tan only sprays twice. Probably why there was such a noticeable difference from the past.

I joined Palm Beach Tan in Feb 2020 on a trial basis. After a few visits, I decided to end my contract. I was originally told I had until the end of March 2020 to cancel without further charges. I called the salon but received a recording so I visited the store. It was temporarily closed due to Covid. So, I emailed the salon to explain I wanted to cancel my membership. In subsequent conversations with 2 representatives at the salon, they admitted they had received my cancelation email and it was in my customer file. HOWEVER in July 2020 the salon began charging my credit card again! Without my authorization and after having received my cancellation. I have spoken to 2 people at the Salon and demanded a refund for these erroneous/fraudulent charges. I was told only a district manager could authorize my refund and they would be in touch. No one has contacted me. To make matters worse, I AM STILL GETTING CHARGED even after disputing the back charges and both representatives admitting I have a cancelation email on file!! This place is very sketch!! BEWARE!
