Great customer service provided by Sheenah. We refer all of our clients to Porcelanosa for modern fireplace finishings.

Lili is excellent. She is responsive, proactive, and very well informed about all products. I highly recommend her.

I highly recommend working with Lilia Saenz at Porcelanosa in Rockville MD. She worked tirelessly to design my master bath project, ensuring I had the best furniture and ceramic tile design and facilitated my project was completed on schedule. When we faced any complications, she always found ways to resolve obstacles to meet my needs. Her commitment to service showed through and I was able to achieve my renovation on budget and on time!

I ignored the warnings and tried anyway. The store is bright and attractive with gorgeous, inspiring bathroom vignettes. Prices acceptable during twice yearly sales. The process started out promising and went down hill quickly. I will spare you the gory details. Believe me I could rant for a while. If you shop here be prepared to:-Be made to feel like the sales person is doing you a favor after the initial niceness. You may have to stop by the store to catch them because they won't return calls or emails. My experience. -Check your order invoices before you leave the store. (Wrong color on order despite discussing in detail, 1 drain valve ordered for a 2 sink vanity, etc)-For items to arrive damaged and have to be reordered. -Be ignored by the manager Abdel if you call to speak to him. What kind of manager avoids customers and doesn't return calls? Taylor was dreadful My bathroom looked the way I wanted because of my vision.

Fabulous high end selection but the poorest customer service i have experienced. They cater to designers not to the general public. Much better customer service anywhere else..even at Home Depot or Amazon. They should be located in a warehouse park rather than on Rockville Pike.

Do not expect any customer service. Phone calls are not returned and when items are reqdy for delivery, they seem disinterested in delivering the items. If you shop there, take a customer advocate.

I am renovating my kitchen and bathroom. My contractor suggested I check out this store for tiles and backsplash. I walked in and noone seems to be available to help. 1 of the workers was already helping a customer but the other 2 available wouldn’t even look my way. I finally decided to approach one of them. As I was approaching him, he decided to pick up his phone and signaled I give him a minute. I then decided to browse the store on my own as I waited for him to finish his call but he never came over to help. I looked back and he was no longer at his desk. Anyway, I will take my business elsewhere. Terrible customer service.

I've Been doing business with Porcelanosa for some years now never had a problem until recently. I was scheduled to pick up a order from the Ramsey warehouse to find out I wasn't on file to pick up my order. After speaking to Mrs.Fiorella I was told they couldn't pull my order because they needed 48 hours. I explained I had a schedule to keep and my order was only 5 boxes she laughed and said nothing she can do. Immediately I called my sales rep and she stated would have the order delivered. Its a week later still waiting. Today is April 26, 3 weeks still no call back or delivery. Tomorrow I will cancel the order and find another source. Today is May 2 and still no call back from this company so i had to call my card company and dispute the charge. Please look elsewhere

Porcelanosa has beautiful high quality tiles (thus the extra star) but customer service for the regular retail customer is atrocious.Unhelpful salespersons are more interested in the sale than a happy customer. My personal experience, for example: received no calls when delivery dates changed; was sold a tile primarily meant for floors as a wall tile; looking for a matching tile? you're on your own finding it; cancellations/returns were a protracted nightmare; delivery shenanigans where materials were directed to favored customers (and believe me, unless you're a high volume contractor, you are not favored). The company needs to update its order fulfillment software; it looks and works like something from the 80's. It should also separate retail customer sales from commercial/professional sales since the former need a completely different approach--more handholding, advice, design services, etc.If you are a retail customer and love the products, just check your fulfillment experience expectations. You never know, you may be positively surprised. However, your best bet to minimize disappointment is to work with a professional designer/contractor that regularly uses Porcelanosa. And shop during their sales.

Horrible customer service. I was ready to buy a bathroom vanity when Natasha the “sales person” (she never bothered to helped me by the way) told me that the price was increased since January and that she was not going to give me the price that was on ticket but the price showing on the system. Natasha what have you been doing since January to May? All the prices were increased since January and you weren’t aware of it? You were extremely unprofessional and very rude. Few times I was mentioned the price of the vanity like if I was unable to afford it. You even had the nerve to laugh in my face when I told you that i was taking the sink.. you tried to fix it with a lame line pretending that you didn’t understand what I said. Natasha, STOP profiling people. Treat every customer with respect regardless if they are buying or not. The receptionist was also, very rude. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Terrible service - 4 staff members in the store with no customers but they are all too busy to help you find any answer. Even if they are busy working on proposals there should be a courtesy to have one person available to help walk ins when you have a retail location with an open door. Some regard for a customer who took the time and walked into the door. What happened to the concept of customer being important. Terrible service and terrible attitudes. Will not consider their products even though I liked some.

I do not recommend Porcelanosa. We ordered tile and supplies to renovate at bathroom. While the tile is nice - several items we ordered were delayed months. We told them over a month ago we no longer needed items and tried contacting them several times. They finally responded over a month later saying it's too bad. We purchased these items and it's not The companies fault that there were supply chain delays. It was our fault?!? We couldn't even start the project without the shower drain. Sorry but this store is just too shady - I do not recommend using them

Porcelanosa has beautiful finishing materials that could make your next home renovation stand out. However, the branch seems to be run by this weird team of people that will judge if you are worth their time based on the car you drive and the cloths you wear. It's laughable and sad. It's sad to see a store like this being destroyed by poor customer service. I won't get into details, but my wife and I went there after a day of gardening in our house. Probably the staff thought we'd be a waste of time, so they didn't even say hello. By the time I asked for prices, a sour lady looked at me from head to toe, and reluctantly took note of what I was looking for. After waiting 10 minutes, I went to follow up, and she said she had an important client coming in. She asked me to fill up a form, and when she saw my address was in Bethesda, her tone went from "you piece of junk" to "sir, thanks for coming". hahaha. It was such a shame. With that said, I never received a quote! So... if you are into appearances and you enjoy working with people who evaluate their client's worth based on financial or racial cues, go for it! You can well play the "who is who" game and you'll salivate with George Clooney's photo at the entrance. However, if you like to support businesses that are welcoming to everybody—no matter what car you drive or what you wear, you can find better customer service elsewhere.
