There is only one gentleman here and I had to wait over an hour to be seen. He takes appointments over walk ins. I do not recommend going here.

I had a walk-in appointment and was seen before my appointment. The phlebotomist was kind and tried to distract me before extracting blood. Positive experience!

I arrived there at 7am as a walk-in patient thinking it would take a long time. Gus opened up the clinic and was very friendly and professional and fast. The help here seems to change over time but for now I can confidently recommend this place. I had a great experience.

I was waited on quickly as a walk-in. Not a lot of people in waiting room. Had a well knowledgeable technician who knew how to take my blood because I do have small veins and easy to bruise. Very impressed with place and will be going back because close to my home.

Is my second time coming to this place . The guy working here is amazing and polite . The only issue the piss me off is the he is working by himself and obviously he need somebody else to work with him .
There is a lot of old people coming to this place that need help to check in . They have issue with the check in machine . Employee tries to help the customer and gets behind with the other customers .
Quest you need to take care of your employees and not make the overwork and make feel them overwhelmed .

I will not recommend this place, very unreliable. I had my labs done 20 days ago and as of today, they haven’t provided the results. I sent an email last week requesting the results, and still no answer. Tried calling the office, unable to leave a message, voicemail full. Very frustrating!!

Nurse at 9707 Medical center was exceptionally excellent. Corporate office needs to fix the problem people faced because your office at 15225 Shady grove was closed even though appointments were excepted via website. Please fix this issue.

The slowest employees work here, you can wait more than 25 minutes just to leave a pee.
