Had a test I needed to take between 7 and 9 AM and had a 7:40 AM appointment. The door to the place was locked with no one answering knocks, and the phone number is disconnected. I'm not even sure if this location is still in use, but I would go somewhere else. Thankfully another location could do a walk-in before 9 AM.

QR code didn't work, had to visit as a walk in. Lab missed the lab order sent by PCP. Had to call the doctor again to send it. Took 1h 30m overall. Very furstrating.

3 stars only bec check-in took the usual 3-4 mins when I already had done it online 2 days prior to appointment. Scan this card & that … The system didn’t even ask for the QR code. Don’t understand the purpose of sending it in email ????

They performed the wrong blood test that was not on my doctor's order. I had a specific genetic test I came in for, and instead they performed an antibody test that I had already taken. To add insult, the interpretation of the results recommended that I take the test that I originally came in for in the first place!
This has been a disaster, and I have spent a couple of hours so far on the phone trying to get help since I paid a copay and have a bill for a blood test that I did not want. Customer service looked at the ordered and agreed that this location just did the wrong test altogether, but they could not do anything other then send me to billing, who would not give me any options of getting a refund or the bill for the wrong test canceled.
Stay away from this location and Quest Diagnostics in general if you can, in my opinion.

Folks here are nice, but this is second time this month that they are about an hour behind schedule for morning blood draw. Frustrating that they are either short staffed or book too many appointments.

My technician yesterday was a real blessing to me. I will consider going back in case someone as lovely as she is working there in the future.
I generally prefer LabCorp because they have more staff on hand, will take me without an appointment, and will get me through faster.

Phlebotomist was friendly and did his job well, no wait time for an appointment, facility was clean. My only complaint is that there isn’t any wifi available at this location. For some things like a glucose test, it would be nice to have internet access.
Important things to note: there is an automated check in process, no front desk person. Bring your order with you, just in case they don’t find the request in their system. Walk ins have to wait for any and all appointments that come in to be served before they will take a walk in- so make an appt and save yourself some frustration.

I never met an angrier phlebotomist. She was lecturing me about how when she called my name (pronounced in a way I did not recognize) and somebody else stood up, I didn’t say anything. I never experienced anything like that. She kept shaking her head in disapproval and had a tone in her voice. When it was time to draw my blood, she didn’t do any palpation. The puncture was more painful than usual - I don’t know if a result of that or not. She just had an attitude the whole time. When finished, she handed me a cup for urine and didn’t say a single word. I had to actually tell her “I have never been here before. Where do I go?” Only then she proceeded to show me where the bathroom was and asked me to leave the cup on the table inside the bathroom. I had never seen that scene before - when I got inside there was already another cup on the table from somebody else. And when I left, there was another person waiting at the bathroom door. What’s the trust I’m supposed to have when anyone can swap the lids of those cups while locked inside the bathroom (identification labels were on the lids)? I don’t see what a person would gain from that, but still, I don’t think this is how it should be done. I do blood work routinely and, except for this time, I’m always asked to bring it back to a person or a specific location. Overall just a terrible experience from start to finish. I’m not using Quest again if I can avoid, but most definitely not going to this place again.

This was my third visit to the center because they could not access the doctor's order (fax) online, prompting me to return twice before. Unfortunately, I am Deaf, and the phlebotomists were wearing facial coverings, making it impossible for me to lip-read their words, and they did not provide written communication.

Technician Maria was superb. I'll be back to whichever site she is found.

For many years I had all my Lab work at Quest because locations are very convenient; employees are very skilled; arriving early in the morning help me to get helped quickly, I think I will continue getting my Lab work at Quest for many years to come.

The person who drew my blood was AWESOME!! I am always told my veins roll but she was able to get it on the first stick and it was almost painless. She rocks! And, I didn't have to wait for my appointment.
