Rockville Interiors re-upholstered two dining chairs on which the faux leather fabric was failing. Beautiful craftsmanship done at this shop. Staff is friendly and helpful. Took a while (they’re busy, that’s a good sign) and pricey (partly because of the fabric we picked out) but well worth it. You won’t be disappointed.

Re: chair cushions and Hunter Douglas shades: Ordering was easy, they arrived when RI said they would, and the cushions and shades are perfect. The measuring / installation was professional, quick, and expertly done.

Rockville Interiors just finished re-upholstering a sofa and two chairs for me and the results are exquisite. The workmanship is first quality and the service was beyond reproach. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous and went out of their way to be certain that I was pleased. They even appeared to adjust their work schedule to be sure that I received my pieces in time for a special event I had planned. I can not recommend them highly enough. Thank you to everyone at Rockville Interiors for your exceptional work.

Update: The final install on the curtains did end-up looking good, and the crew that arrived to do the install were proficient and did a good job. However, I'd still be reluctant to do business with this company again due to the customer service from the main office.

My first visit with Rockville Interiors was on 10/23/21 with the designer Dorta. Starting off there were a few communication issues with what I wanted to purchase, however, they were resolved immediately by Ilan.I am very happy with the out come of my purchase, and the special attention I received from Ilan. You can believe Rockville Interiors will take care of any concerns/issues you may have with your purchase.Stephanie

I'm sad to say that although this company came recommended by my interior designer, I had a rather poor experience. Spent over $4400 on 3 sets of windows for my main floor. I chose a woven natural shade to bring some 'nature' in. I did not want room darkening and relayed that to the sales person (Esther). She was extremely nice/pleasant at the time and did show me various options. What my problem here is, is that I was not given a good/full description of the product. 1) the shade sticks out several inches from my window. I had relayed that I wanted something minimal, sleek. this is not. BUT more importantly is #2) these shades provide absolutely zero privacy after dusk. Being in sales myself, I'm extremely disappointed in the fact that they did not give me warning or make mention that my choice would provide NO privacy. Not even when we were discussing adding a backing, which would have been the perfect time to point this out. Nothing was mentioned, I was never asked if this would be a concern for me. Had that been asked, the answer would have been a SOLID YES. 3) when I called to see if there was anything that could be done, the answer was that I could order something else at cost. No idea what 'cost' would be as it's product specific. I asked them to come and remove this waste and I was also told they could not do that. Very frustrating. Poor service. For a company that claims to be 'luxury' they do not measure up. Luxury includes a reasonable amount of catering to your customer & their needs and at very minimum, knowing the product you are selling.

I called asking for the price range to reupholster to arm chairs. She asked want type of chair is it was (wooden frame, upholstered etc) I repeated that they were fulling upholstered I just wanted to change the color. She then rudely said "how am I supposed to tell you a price if I don't know the fabric and I can't see the chair". She didn't ask me to email a picture, describe the fabric, nothing. I just said ok thank you and she quickly got off of the phone. This was so rude and unprofessional. Honestly terrible customer service.

This was our first time to look for window treatment service. We had wonderful experience with Rockville Interiors. We placed the order of Douglas Hunter shades and shutters for kitchen in September. The team came to measure in two weeks. Everything was installed before Christmas. The installation team provided great service - they were nice, wore masks and shoe covers during the installation, and explained patiently. Truly appreciate their service!

After shopping around at other shade stores we decided to go with Rockville Interiors as they had the product we wanted. We had Hunter Douglas Silhouette shades installed throughout our home. Rockville Interiors was professional and responsive from the beginning of our project to the end. We worked with their designer, Dorota, who was knowledgeable and efficient. The installers were pleasant and carried out the job in a professional and Covid-safe manner. I highly recommend Rockville Interiors and plan to use them for my future interior projects.

I had a horrendous experience with one of Rockville Interiors' nearby competitors. I took a chance one day and walked in to see if they could help. They did immediately -- worked with the manufacturer -- and within a few weeks my months-old problem was fixed. They are friendly and focused on problem solving. I will definitely use them next time I need window treatments.

It is now August 25, 2021 and Tom the owner of Rockville Interiors, his wife, Esther, and son Ian, have delivered nothing and no resolution. They got the money and ran. We have defective blinds on the windows, lies told, over 12 months gone by and over 4 thousand dollars spent. It certainly seems as though Hunter Douglas and Rockville Interiors are partners in scamming the public, with Rockville Interiors leading the way. Tom recently won the sale contract to do Amazon, Jeff Bezos, home in VA and so watch out, if you're an ordinary [female] customer, you could get outright cheated while they laugh all the way to the bank. The worst retail experience ever. If you regretfully decide to use this horrific company despite what you just read - DO NOT pay them or trust them until you have received and quality checked each and every item, fully installed.
