Brought in my 2010 HOnda accord to get an estimate to fix my bumper. Staff was friendly and patient answering all of my questions and explaining everything that needed to be done. They weren't the cheapest estimate I had received but I was willing to pay a bit more for quality work. And It was well worth it. Work was great, and they even called me a day earlier to tell me the car was ready. They were even nice enough to wash my car inside and out. Highly recommend these guys you will not be disappointed.

I have taken my car to Royal 3 times now. The most recent visit was with my leased vehicle that was badly rear ended. The trunk was completely smashed in about 12 inches. I called Raffi who set up the towing and even arranged my rental car. When they finished the repairs I was amazed with the results. Looked brand new again, down to the smallest detail. I still don't know how these guys did it but they are masters of body work and repair. Thanks for taking such good care of me and my car!

Where do I begin? My rental car got hit in the rental drop off area of their parking lot. Instead of reviewing the security camera like I requested , they avoided my call. In the end I had to pay for the damages when this clearly happened after I gave them the keys, which was only five minutes to closing. Enterprise called me the very next morning because someone backed into the bumper of my rental. Royal took no accountability. Even after all of this, they did a botched job on the body of my BMW by using mostly after market parts to appease the insurance company instead of whats ascetically best . The work was so bad I had them redo my front bumper and even afterwards, I still wasn't entirely pleased with the results. After this nightmare, i still held back on writing a bad review until I recently went to bmw to get my lights replaced by. They pointed out how the headlights were not installed properly but glued on. Yes, glued on! This angers me tremendously because I pointed out how the lights looked improperly installed but they dismissed my claim. Do not come here!!
