Excellent experience!I got the runaround with GEICO in getting my windshield replaced on my 2023 BMW so I decided to go directly to Safelite and talk to them. Dan was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and was able to get the windshield I needed despite what my insurance was trying to tell me.On install day, Gary performed the work and was excellent about keeping me updated on the progress. He even came out to the waiting area to show me the calibration process and I really appreciated that. The work is perfect! It looks even better than brand new and there is no wind noise or anything unexpected.When it was finished, Ayama was working the front desk and she explained the work and the final costs and there were no surprises. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would not hesitate to return to this location if I have another windshield incident.

The technician sent out was very rude. He refused to do the work because he wasn't able to open both doors. You do not need both doors open to replace a windshield. When asked the reason why he got angry and sped off almost ran over me in the process. I had several people stop by and ask if I was ok as they saw what happened. I called and spoke with the manager and he gave some bogus reply and then sent the same technician back out the next day after being asked not to. The manager did not seem to care about the reckless behavior his staff displayed. That technician called earlier that morning to tell us that he was canceling and that he would come out the following week. We told him no, this is the second time we had to reschedule and it needed to be done that day as there was not time the next week for them. He came out and sat in his truck for 2 hours before doing any work. I would not use this location again.

Love the service! Just used Safelite for the 3rd time, and all have been great!This morning, I had a 930am appointment that I set up online with ease. I showed up 20 mins early, and they took my vehicle right in. 20 minutes later and they handed me the keys to my vehicle with a brand new windshield.Wait area is very quiet and clean. Have a tv and refreshments to enjoy while you wait.

Everyone working at this location was so kind. The waiting area was clean and had plenty of space, and my service was done quickly and with so much care! My car came out cleaner than it went in ? Will definitely return to this location if I ever need windshield services again!

Arguably the worst institution I’ve ever set foot in . Workers are completely unprofessional , dishonest , and attempt to moneygrab . I brought my car in for a routine windshield replacement , paid upfront for the all the perks , and when I dropped it off to be fixed , all the sudden it couldn’t be calibrated , they said I needed to pay an extra $800 for them to calibrate it . Lo and behold after speaking with corporate , this was untrue , and about an hour later the windshield was magically calibrated by their specialist !! When I finally came into pickup the car , both the front desk attendant and the manager were extremely rude to me and my father who just wanted a simple phone call with the manager . Upon my departure I was left with a great gift of the ever so professional manager throwing my phone at me after speaking with my father and saying “nobody talks to me that way I don’t care who you are “ when I was merely just sitting there . I suggest that you stay far away from this embarrassment of an establishment

Absolutely no updates in two weeks since telling me they don't have the glass in stock. I've tried calling, only to get the central customer service line which doesn't let you actually talk to a real-person. I have no interest in giving them my (or my insurance company's) money. Additionally, I've already told my insurance company about this since they have an "agreement" with safelite. There are other companies out there who do glass replacement and actually care more about their customers than running ads on TV.

Excellent service. We arrived before hours and the man working took us right in. Our windshield was finished within an hour. The employees were courteous and nice.

Horrible phone service... If you don't have the exact 4 questions on their recording, they hang up on you!!! Not kidding!!! There are plenty of other windshield services that you can use that has a LIVE PERSON that can help you on ALL questions and schedule you for your auto windshield repairs and replacement.

I scheduled an appointment with them and they said they would come today between 12pm-5pm and never showed up or even called or text. I got off work earlier to be able to wait for them and nothing. Super irresponsible and unprofessional. Definitely not recommended at all

(5) ~ Excellent Service! Stopped by w/o an appointment with a dime size chip in my window and needed it filled w. resin. Shout out to Technician 017 for going Above & Beyond the Call of Duty. Great work! Highly recommend. Note: You can either pay out of pocket or get your Car Insurance to pay, which will require you to fill out an incident report that adds time.

Brought a Chevy pick up in for a broken rear window. They put a wrap on it and scheduled for following week. I showed up and the manager tells me they can do the work because I have a tool box on the back. Did you miss the part where they put the wrap on... they knew I had a tool box but did not tell me at that time it needs to be removed prior to replacing the window. This is pure incompetency. I offered to take it off, which is a 10 minute job, but he just walked off. They also told me it would another week before they could see me. Luckily, I found another company that did it the next day and was $75 cheaper and better glass.

The tech did a great job. Friendly, competent and professional. However, The office did not alert me that the tech would be late. After the 5:00pm window passed, I called the office. First, I got Alex the Robot who told me that my window had passed and I couldn't reschedule because all the appointments for that day were taken. He did transfer me to a "live agent", which turned out to be a recording saying they closed at 5:00pm, call again tomorrow. Fortunately, I'm a USAA policy holder, so I was able to contact the Safelite national office. He contacted the local shop using the back office number, who informed him that the tech was "still on the road". The tech did contact me to say he was on the way while I was on hold with the national office. I understand that things come up, but I had to call the Rockville shop twice, and then USAA before I found out the tech would be late. As the Safelite USAA agent said, not very professional.
