Fast tire installation on the scheduled day, friendly staff, and excellent service. They put new tires on my car on the day it was scheduled, were professional and approachable, and the job was done quickly and correctly. I was beyond impressed — highly recommended!

These guys will never lie to you. If you have a crappy Volvo they will fix it repeatedly (got me an extra 50,000 miles!) and when you finally upgrade they will let keep your new Beemer running right. Only place to go!

This was my first experience with Scandinavian Import Service. I went to the shop based on the reviews that were online. I am very meticulous about the service on my cars. I love to keep my vehicles in pristine condition. I had just taken my car to another shop for a vacuum leak. It was smoke tested and things were replaced. $1300 later, I still had the same fault code and the vacuum issue. Scandinavian was able to find the air leak and replace a simple item for a great price. I was pleasantly surprised. I made an appointment for my other 2 BMW's for service. The reviews are spot on.

I was in the area for a work event and got a prompt that I needed to top off my oil. Found this place nearby (because auto zone told me they didn’t carry the oil I needed) and I couldn’t be more surprised and grateful at how helpful they were. While I didn’t not get “service” per se, they topped of my oil for free. I mean if they do that for a non regular, someone just passing by, I can only imagine how spectacular their service must be. I’m just sad I don’t live nearby to get my car serviced here. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but he was amazing. Thank you again!

Very good crew at Scandinavian Import - TJ is great at explaining the work being performed and is patient in answering all my questions. The car runs amazing after each visit. The shuttle to the Metro and back is always quick and pleasant.

TJ and his crew are exceptional for my 2009 Mini Cooper Clubman! Rather than just start recommending expensive service as the dealership did, they took the time to troubleshoot the problems and only repair what was necessary
