Im very satisfied and really recommend The Executive shell at 12151 rockville pike Rockville MD 20852. They’re the best! Their service is always top-notch, and they’re super honest and transparent about everything. The mechanics are super knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. They’re always so accommodating and keep me in the loop. I feel like I can trust them with my car, no matter what.

Misleading prices on large sign and at the pump. Pump in front of me was spilling a ton of gas with nobody from the store responding. Coffee are was dirty.

Great staff on board ready to help. Chris is very honest and prompted with his work. He repaired my resonator pipe/muffler within a few hours. His prices are reasonable. Will definitely recommend and will be taking my vehicle to him in the future.

A bad service, not at all professionals, do not repair your tires here, look for another place here, they only offer changing tires when they do a bad job.
Don't come to fix tires here the employees totally bad they don't know what They do and with tires repairs Too bad dislike totally I don't like come back again.

Today, 5/8/24 I stopped to get gas at Shell Gas Station located at 12151 Rockville Pike, Rockville MD 20852. I always buy regular gas, and selected "regular gas" button before starting to pump gas. Price per gallon for regular gas displayed on the pump was $3.849/ gallon. When i got the receipt, I noticed that I was being charged $4.949 per gallon.
When I went to the gas station attendant and explained the situation, he blew me off and said I pressed the wrong button. I know for a fact that I selected REGULAR gas. The buttons are large, about 3"x3" in size and the Regular button is all the way on the far left size of the pump, while the VPOWER is on the far right of the pump, so you can't accidentally mix them up). They also have different color coding, so one would have to be unconscious to press Vpower in place of Regular.
I NEVER use high end gas option and there is absolutely no chance I would have pressed it. The attendant refused to speak with me further. It seems this gas station has jerry rigged their pumps to charge for their most expensive gas no matter what grade you purchase. They are basically stealing from their customers!
On top of this blatant theft, they are also posting highly misleading prices on their main sign. The top of the sign reads in LARGE font "Regular $3.59" and in tiny font "with repairs cash". Then there is another smaller sized price stating $3.79 "without repairs". When you actually get to the pump, they show Regular gas price as $3.849, but when you get your receipt, you are actually charged $4.949 per gallon. This gas station owner is a thief and should be in jail. This gas station needs to be inspected.

Just go somewhere else if you value your time.
These guys don't schedule their jobs, at least that's what they told me - come in the morning, first come first serve. OK. I came it at 9am for a state inspection, dropped off the car. Got a call after 12 and the inspector told me he won't even start the inspection because "it's all bent up upfront, bumper is broken, blah blah".
The car, being a former DC car, had a 2" crack in the corner of the bumper cover and a bent radiator support core (neither are reasons for failure; just read COMAR 11.14.02, it's all in there). He told me to just come get the car and take it elsewhere. Got all "I AM THE INSPECTOR" on me when I told him he's trying to pull my leg. Whatever. At least he didn't try to charge me for looking at it.
Well, I come in to pick up the car, and they have the entire shop area packed with cars three deep, so they probably just pick the juiciest jobs for the day, and tell everyone else to bugger off. Took the car to another station, which actually scheduled me, and passed without a problem.
Didn't get to find out how good they actually are - if you've got the inclination to play this roulette, go for it, otherwise, there are plenty of shops up and down the street that don't suck. I should have checked the reviews first.

Great customer service, plus the price was cheaper than the dealership, and any other shops in the area. they’ve worked on my 2017 BMW engine swap and my gmc work truck general maintenance. Highly recommend Chris who’s been an honest guy all these years. Thank you Chris.
