Went there , two female staff one Hispanicand the the other one African American, those to staff were dressed professionally but their attitudes stunk. They look like they came straight out from the streets. I wouldnt trust them.

Went to upgrade my plan and this woman was rude. Gave us such a very bad attitude. Treated us like we were stupid. She didn’t want to help us at all.

I paid my T-mobile iphone14 plus a month ago and ported my line to another provider, and since then my phone was never unlocked! It’s like I paid for a brick! My device stayed sim-locked to T-Mobile and every time I called them they repeated the same line “wait 3 to 5 days” and when I would ask to speak to a supervisor they won’t do that and just keep repeating “3-5 days I promise!”Update: after waiting for over 40 days and considering taking legal action I found somewhere on the internet that if I contact their customer service on Twitter I’d get somewhere, I did that snd lo and behold my phone was working again ?

I had to go in on Black Friday to get a new line for my mother. James was so helpful and patient, setting up everything and helping me transfer from Verizon on my own line. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! Then had to go in Sunday for a quick help with setting moms phone up with some additional things and Faith helped me out and was also super friendly and knowledgeable! I am lucky to have had such a great experience here. Thanks, you two!

T Mobile is a good company but in this location there are two young ladies Faith and Jasmine , who are simply fabulous. The men are a bit standoffish but the girls are very efficient. Thank you ladies.

James, the store manager, has provided fabulous customer service. He returns calls when asked and has been on top on any issues we have had. In this time, with poor customer service, at most places, James is the epitome of a caring and responsive store manager. I rarely write reviews , but excellent customer service deserves a review.

Thank Goodness for this location!!! Quince Orchard absolutely SUCKS!!! Faith was totally AWESOME!! She gave us honest opinions and really helped us with our decisions for phones and Internet. We would have never gotten this info from the Quince Orchard location. We have to go back on Saturday and we'll be meeting up with Faith....she restored our "Faith" in T-Mobile....

After Ney helped me upgrade my phone at the Federal Plaza location (the very knowledgeable, calm manager), I needed some more tweaks. Made the mistake of stopping into the Fallsgrove location. There were two people. One was nice but clearly new-- no help there. Then the "expert," Nadia (no name tag. I had to ask.) stepped into the picture. Masked is fine, but she then made a point of not only putting on gloves (OK...), but she didn't approach me or my phone. I'm not sure how she was going to look at the screen or help with the device. I went over to her. She had no clue about how to fix it but kept replying with the diagnosis I had already offered. No apology. No suggestions as to whom to call or consult to fix the problems. Useless. Total waste of time to stop there. T-Mobile needs to train these two employees in customer service and knowledge of their products!!!

We needed a prepaid option for a family member on a temporary visit to the United States. Jason checked our older phone for its compatibility with T-mobile service. It was not. He then offered us a good plan with a purchase of a phone and two months of unlimited data service. It was a good match for our needed. Professional and quick service!

I recently visited this t mobile store multiple times for switching phone lines to t mobile. Staff in this store have been very helpful and respectful, especially an associate Fazlur. He guided me through the available cell phones in the store and each phone plan feature. He patiently explained everything and helped us pick the plan that fit our needs the best. I feel very welcomed in this store and got all my questions answered with detailed information. Fazlur and other staff in the store are not only very knowledgeable, but also genuine.

Awesome location, employees that work here are Wonderful, the reason for my Visit was help my mother fix her Samsung S8 plus she was having issues with, the person who assisted us both his name is T-Mobile Employee James Earnest very professional. My mother needed a sim card for her cellphone. The problem was solved, I upgraded my S9 plus to a Samsung S23 Ultra gorgeous phone.
