First, some background: I hobbled into the store, fairly bent over, conscious of stabilizing my balance, with the intention of simply replacing my existing arch supports. It didn't take long for Keanne, my extremely knowledgeable and perceptive arch specialist, to determine exactly what I needed: new sneakers, and the complete 3 step system. And so, she had me try on my new shoes with a pair of "strengtheners" inside them. I then got up from my chair, cane in hand,to give them a try. Well.....let me tell you! It just took 9 or 10 steps to know that Keanne was on to something, because I suddenly found myself uttering "Wow, look at me, and whoa.....I can't believe this." So stable, balanced....and even standing up straighter. And so then I put down my cane. Yes, my cane. Now this was something else! No physical therapy, no medications, no being worried that I might lose my balance. There's an old saying: "What matters is what works." Yes indeed, The Good Feet Store knows what really works. And thank you, Keanne, for a glorious conclusion to a wonderful shopping experience. So generous with your time, and my wife and I truly connected with you....in more ways than one.Jack Greenhouse, satisfied customer.

I had foot pain that was getting progressively worse because of arthritis and spur of my “great toe, “ aka big toe.The podiatrist recommended an insert that fits behind the ball of my foot to alleviate the pain, which aligned with the recommendation by Jovann at Good Feet. He was patient and answered all of my questions. It is not cheap, but I would have had to pay the same amount for my copay/deductible through insurance, plus the associated cost is for the life of the service. Two weeks of wearing the inserts and I have noticed an improvement in the swelling and pain.

My wife and I was told that My Credit would not be used when purchasing our separate orders.Monday 2/26/2024 I saw that my credit had a new account SYNCB/CARE with a Hard inquiry.I would had still completed the transaction Another Way if the GoodFoot salesman was honest with me.I asked this man before giving my Drivers License to him if this would affect my credit in any way and he said, “No it wouldn’t”.Keith Young

I had FSA dollars to spend before 2023 ends and decided to stop putting off a visit to TGFS (The Good Feet Store). A friend of mine referred me a year ago. It was the best decision I could have made. The care, attention & customer service was outstanding. I was assisted by Darryl who was very knowledgeable and engaging. You could see right away that he enjoyed his job. The assessment of my foot issues was detailed and informative. It really makes a difference when store staff want your business rather than going through the motions. I left with the 3 step system and look forward to the 60 day progession visit.

I had follow up visit there, I was still in pain and a lady remeasured my feet again and said “You need smaller size insole”, “I am senior here”, “Follow the chart you have”, etc. I was just simply listening to her, and she said that “Why are you looking at my shirt “, she was very rude and inappropriate. The insoles I got after measurement made my feet pain worse.

I had plantar fasciitis and tendonitis, and I had two cortisone injections. The pain didn't get better with custom orthotics from my podiatrist. Good Feet was my last resort. The representative was VERY knowledgeable and walked me through the inserts and what they do. Great service. Spacious store that allows walking around to try out the inserts. I'm on Day 4 and I am finally able to walk my dog with NO pain. Really good experience.

Do not even walk into the store. You will get a hard sell on how good their product is and then find that the most inexpensive plan is $1500. When I was paying, I asked if I could return the product if they did not work out. He said they would give store credit. I should have stopped right there. The product is horrible. My feet were in terrible pain with their plan of wearing the inserts. I tried to get my money back today for the purchase and was told I could only get store credit which would have to be used in 60 days. There is nothing there that I would buy for $1500. I am sure this is their policy because many people try to bring the product back. You can also see that their are no curstomers in the store if you go in. This is the worst purchase I have ever made. Their advertising is false.

Today I called The Good Feet Store in Rockville, MD to see if my maintainer insoles were in stock. I had the good fortune to talk to Curtis. I've been a customer with The Good Feet Store for over 5 years. Without a car, I take Metro + Lyft to get from my home in Tenleytown to the MD store. The trip is an hour one way. I always call the store before going there to confirm what I need is available. Today Curtis' customer service was a big help. He confirmed which model I have by looking at my order history. He then called me back promptly to confirm they had what I needed. When I got to the store, he had everything ready so it took no time at all. Thank you Curtis!

Ms Keanne Ambush greeted and acknowledged me as I entered the store. Once it was established that I had no appointment she proceeded ask how she could help me. The relationship evolved from there, as Keanne began serving me like I was a long time customer returning. Keanne was enthusiastic throughout the entire interaction. Her zeal to assist in my foot care needs was demonstrated from the moment I came through the door, was seated until the completion of the service. Keanne was extremely attentive to my specific foot issues and responded with expert knowledge. As we say in the medical arena she collected the data, analyzed it and identified a plan of care to address my feet issues. Keanne educated me on the feet’s importance in our overall musculoskeletal alignment for our gate patterns (simply put how we walk). From there she began the stages of implementing my individualized foot care plan. As a customer I felt like she was there at that moment just for me-that’s how special I felt. She demonstrates a deep understanding of customer care, service. She meets you where you are as a human being-no matter what your feet look like or their condition. Keanne is a true chameleon of customer services and a invaluable asset to any company. My husband and I drove from Hyattsville and was worth the drive. Thank you so much Good Feet Store. Debra Garris
