I went to four tile stores on Friday. It was at this store that I was helped by the most patient and knowledgeable person I had come across that day. The selection of tiles that this store has was absolutely wonderful. The staff was incredibly helpful. Product came in when promised, and for any unused boxes, they took them back and refunded the money. It was an incredibly pleasant experience and my kitchen turned out beautiful.

I worked with Joanna. Joanna helped me worked on order from a completely different Tile Shop (Columbia MD). She even went so far as to call the Columbia store and speak to the manager to help address my issue.
