Trena is incredibly professional, responsive, and knowledgeable about the industry. She understands that a "one size fit" approach isn't the best method and wants to make sure you have the coverage that is best for you and your needs. I can't see myself using any other agent.

Questions are answered quickly & accurately. I have probably called Trena Perez, my agent, more frequently than I have called any other past agent (not about accidents!) … my questions had to do with water coverage being offered by HomeServe. One time she recommended Home Serve, another time she provided the same service with Allstate - and reduced my monthly bill bu adding the coverage. When I had an accident a couple of years ago, everyone I dealt with was helpful and concerned. Just recently, Monica from my agent's office called to check up on how I was doing during the pandemic. She advised me that I could call on her if I had a problem. Very touching!New response:I have recently had another accident, and have had incredible support from all at Allstate, beginning with initiating the claim to personal support from my agent, Trena Perez! It is such a comfort to know they are there for me!
