This store is not trustable any more. This is the second time I lost a package in this store. They take the USPS packages, but refuse to take any responsibity when package is lost. I have the package receipt from this store, but the tracking says never shipped. I contacted USPS but was told package never received. It was obviously stolen.

This store is a complete mess. I felt like I was being practical joked trying to mail a package to a friend. The manager and 2 other employees there were wandering around as if they had no idea what they were doing. Yelling and throwing boxes around. Asking "how much are you willing to pay for this?" Who asks that at ups?! I had to keep repeating myself, I almost walked out and should have because now my package is probably lost. When I finally got my label created, which took about 20 minutes of me standing there while the employee left the register multiple times, my package was never sent. The label was created a week ago now. They won't pick up the phone. I will now have to drive an hour to this store to figure out what happened with my package. This store is a complete disgrace and should be closed.

Found store closed several times during normal operating hours without even a notice on the door. Unreliable. Employees are friendly and professional when the store is open.

Today I arrived at the store around 1:00pm. Employee was angry and screaming at another employee. Throwing pkgs around out of anger. I left and will go elsewhere!!!!!

The only reason I gave 1⭐️ is for Preston.He was polite,friendly and very helpful.On the other hand Salomon who I believe is a supervisor or a manager was extremely unprofessional,rude,hostile a bully and is in need of urgent training in customer service.He literally asked us customers in line to wait and started talking aboutCharles apparently a worker who called out sick.The way he spoke toPreston was very disrespectful and unpleasant that im wondering how he survives working with such a bully.When it was my turn to be attended to,Salomon told me that he couldn't help me as I didn't bring a box and did not print a label.I told him that this wasn't the first time I returned an item at that location to Amazon. The last time I returned an item,the staff scanned the label from my phone.In a most unpleasant way he said he couldn't help me without a box and that I would need to pay $5 for him to print the label.Preston offered to give me a amazon bag that I could use to put my item in.Salomon stopped him and lectures him that he shouldn't do that,and that he was going to speak to charles as well.He continued by lecturing Preston that he should sell Ups bags and boxes instead, they are in business and they need to show that their sales are improving. And the Amazon bag wouldn't fit my item anyway.I insisted that I try to fit in my item and it did fit.one problem was resolved,I now needed to have printed label,I begged him to scan my phone as a staff at ups scanned it before.He said that unfortunately he wouldn't help unless I give $5 and he repeated that rhetoric of we are in business and our sales has to increase.I didn't have the $5 with me and I told him that.He said come back when you have it in a disrespectful tone.A nice lady in line offered to pay that $5 likely.Came to find out that the bag Preston offered to give me was going to be trashed.Salomon would rather have that bag in the trash rather then for it to be given to a customer that needs it.He was rude,hostile to customers and disrespectful and bully to his coworker Preston.Salomon needs serious coaching and training

Awful. Flat out awful. Walked in and was asked, “why are you here?” Then the two employees started yelling about who was closing this evening. One got a call on his cell phone and disappeared to the back of the counter area for a lengthy time. What a disaster of a business. Will never use this store again

Whenever I come by the staff is usually just 1 person. They are so friendly and efficient. Never had a problem dropping off a package

Terrible experience at this store. Shipped a packaged and it didn't make it on time (though I had expressly told the manager it was critical to arrive on a specific date). I had the shipment sent back and instead of coming back to me, it went back to the store... and has now vanished though the store manager signed for it. Tried to get help in person at the store but was given the run around, was told to email the owner who never once replied to my multiple emails and now am trying to get them to file a claim... wish me luck.

Only reason I go to this location is because of my place of employment. Today I was greeted by a rude manager David when I arrived to pick up a business package that was delivered as ups access point. I had the email from UPS that stated that if I was not the addressee to provide the tracking number. I explained this to the manager and that I have previously picked up from this location. The store owner was there and refused to speak with me and see the email either that came from UPS. The manager was very rude and kept stating the same information. Did not attempt to provide any resolution and no customer service. A few months ago I was there to notarize and ship some papers they were lost, the company received sandals instead of my legal documents. They could not track my documents. The only thing they could do was apologize my time and money spent. This place needs customer service and better management possibly even ownership.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. The manager is an absolute dbag. Arrogant and completely unhelpful, downright rude and hostile. The other employee there is the same way. She tried to charge me for a box to ship an Amazon item back.... that was ALREADY IN A BOX!! This is after taking another item in the same way.I dont know what happened to this store. Never going back until these 2 employees are FIRED. Hope the owner sees this and actually acts on it. I've done hundreds of Amazon returns here over the years. No more. I'll go out of my way to whole foods or a different ups store from now on.
