Nobody don't know how to answer the phone I been on the phone for an HOUR. Trying to get them to hold my packages because the address is wrong. And now my package is somewhere I don't know I'm gonna file a claim and report this. I even have a mail forwarding service for when I moved and they sent the package to old address when it was supposed to be new address.

I was very disappointed with the level of customer service.
Unfortunately, the staff were consistently unprofessional and discourteous throughout my visit. Rather than being helpful or approachable, their behavior came across as dismissive and at times outright rude. This lack of basic courtesy significantly impacted my overall experience and made me feel unwelcome. I hope management addresses these concerns and invests in proper customer service training.

For MONTHS now this post office has been ridiculous with delivering my mail on time. My job sends my checks on the Tuesday before payday and it’s first class. My mail should reach me by Friday on the dot or Saturday by the very latest. Then when you call their direct number THEY DONT ANSWER. THE PHONE JUST RINGS AND RINGS UNTIL YOU GET A BUSY SIGNAL

I had a terrible experience at this post office. The clerks were rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. When I asked to speak with a manager or the postmaster, both were equally incompetent and uninterested in addressing the issue. It's clear that they feel untouchable in their positions and don't care about providing good service. The real problem lies in the management, where people who should be leading with professionalism are instead walking around in nice clothes, yelling at the carriers, and completely ignoring the needs of customers. This lack of accountability is the root of the ongoing issues at this facility.

Busy place. Long wait times. Severely understaffed. Depending upon who you encounter at the counter, the service levels can vary between good and horrible. Couple of them are good though.

I went to this location to get a package delivered. And the man behind the counter. Was very rude, condescending and had no clue of what he was doing. I left and went to ups not too far away. I was in and out within 5 minutes and had no problem.

I have had some trouble in the past with this post office (putting me on hold for 45 min until I walked in, loosing mail, etc.) Again, I've had more trouble and have had to decrease my review. I brought a package back to the post office to return to sender and received it back on my doorstep with a note saying "must be paid to send back once it's opened." Quite an assumption as I hadn't opened the package. It's not my package. Please give it back or throw it away. It's not mine. Sorry Molly and David that this USPS store refuses to deliver your mail.
however, I stopped by a few weeks ago and was working at the kiosk when I overheard a situation with a couple of people and a postal worker, Kim. Kim is a pure angel. A particular person within a family was getting frustrated and upset over filling out a form and Kim was unbelievably patient, calm, empathetic and spent so much time trying to help the family out. She walked the customer through all the steps and when the customer got overwhelmed, Kim calmly and kindly talked the customer through everything. I know expectations are high for postal workers, but Kim amazed me. Kim, did you come from social work/counseling or heaven???? I'd trust you to carry my grandma to the pearly gates when it comes time.
