They admitted they did it only because a supervisor was watching but the counter person helped me with taping a label to my package. I said years ago this was unheard of. They replied they normally don't help but the supervisor was watching so they did. Well, good enough for me!

3 clerks all were rude. One told me I lack common sense since I asked if the address I provided for an item return was verified in the system. BTW why does it take 3 clerks to mail my one package?

I would like to say thank you to the young, beautiful lady who took care of my mom! She was incredibly kind and patient, and even helped my mom with her heavy boxes. My mom doesn’t speak English, but this lady treated her like her own mother and really tried to understand and help with her request. I was on the phone and could hear how kind and respectful she was to my mom.
Unfortunately, I don’t know her name, but I hope she sees this comment! My mom was sending boxes to California.
I truly hope this location hires more wonderful and kind people like her, because every other time I’ve been here, the staff have been extremely rude and irritated.

Miss Gwyneth at the post office should just go ahead and retire. I think she’s a part of the packages getting stolen. She refused to help me the right way. She said she could not take a complaint that my package was not delivered. She gave me numbers to call that only just rang no voice service. Nothing even saying it was usps just a ringing number. Anyway this is the second package that has been marked delivered just for me to go and check and no package. Of course no pictures of where they put it just said delivered. I asked can I just keep my packages here and pick them up. Why should I pay $8.99 to trust that my package get to me when the post office steals them anyway. The worst customer service the worst post office I’ve ever encountered go somewhere else so this one can close

Very professional and helpful staff!! While one person was working with someone (who did not speak English well) to get their passport application completed, the other person worked efficiently and politely the other customers. Thank you all for your service!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely THE WORST MOST UNTRAINED, unkind and misery in that building. It took 30 min in line to send one package. 15 min for her to figure out how to send it??? Makes my anxiety go up anytime I think of going into this dilapidated, rundown, rude employees, dirty and wild lack of any sense of care for what they do, that I've seen in as long as I can remember. Wow... just W O W. I even had the time to write this stupid review because I'm STILL HERE!!
*** I can't believe I'm adding to this... but I had to mail something certified. When I showed up they were locked up tight and closed an entire 15 minutes EARLY??? At least 5 other people came in while I was standing there. I'm also adding photos of how filthy it was and the lawn is so bad and overgrown I almost feel like hauling a weed eater over and doing it myself. When did a community ever have a POST OFFICE to be embarrassed about. A little community pride would be good here. Makes my heart kind of sad??? This truly is an odd situation. Am I missing something?

I have to say that I am very happy with the great service that Renee gave to me today.
I don’t mail anything, mostly is by email ( Amazon does all the heavy lifting for me ?) and she was very patient with me. I have to say Thank you again for being great with your customer service.
