This place is the worst; as I stand in line I see a female employee being extremely rude to an elderly woman, then my interaction with another female worker who is also rude and dismissive was horrible . So it’s not just one employee, it seems like this location needs retraining on customer service. Also please don’t lie about FedEx and UPS shipping prices to try and scare people off from using those services. I know there’s competition, but it’s tasteless and fear-mongering to invoke panic and fear on someone who came to you for service.

First and last time I am going to be stepping foot in this usps . Never in my life have I been spoken to this rudely like and that too for no reason . No greeting by the person behind the counter . I said,” Hi ! How are you today ?”with a smile . My question was ignored and bounced right off. I was in return asked ,” What do you want ?” In a rude grumpy tone . Cannot believe the manner in which I was asked this question and the way I was treated afterwards as well . It was all downhill. She refused to put a piece of tape on my package and made me purchase new tape which I did . She had a big fat roll of tape right next to her . I did not mind the fact that I had to tape the box , it was the exchange and the way I was spoken to that I have a problem with . This usps location needs a total haul over . Their management is to blame clearly as this has been going on for years per the other reviews and nothing is being done about this. Such a shame .

Poor management, This Post Office is the worst Post Office in entire montgomery county. There is a lady there who needs to be trained well, she is so rude, that's why the google rate is 2 star.There was no option to give them ZERO, otherwise i would.

Honestly the worst postal office I’ve ever been to, to renew my children’s passports. Instead of trying to communicate and understand us since we don’t speak English fluently, this lady wearing a hijab that works there told us to just write down misinformation such as how we are not U.S. citizens even though we were all born here and lived here for over 2 decades. Even after telling this lady over 5 times that we are U.S. citizens she kept insisting that we check on the application that we are not. Additionally, one of my children is 17 and therefore does not require both parents to be present and my other child is 13 and only has my name on their birth certificate so that automatically makes me their only parent, but she kept asking and demanding my husband’s ID. After I tried to explain to her why we don’t need the ID, she had the audacity to humiliate us by telling her coworker how we weren’t cooperative. The list goes on and on for the rude behavior that my family and I experienced at this location. NEVER come here unless you want to waste your time.

Do not come to this USPS. The people working here are so rude. Horrible customer service! They get so frustrated just by you asking questions. I will drive an extra 15 minutes to another USPS from now on.

If I could give zero star, I definitely would. I don’t know what was my agent name but it was a lady with hijab. She was super rude to me. She needs to be train about customer service. My package wasn’t something typical, It was some legal document and very important, I need it ASAP. I told her what is that but she didn’t put time to find my package during I was tracking that and I could see it’s there. They are irresponsible and don’t care about you, your time and your issue. Please don’t waste your time.

Gwyneth has been absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond every time I came in. Normally in a post office you expect attitude and unhappy employees. Not here. Gwyneth goes above and beyond every single time!! So grateful for her and her patience. Couldn’t be more grateful.

Staff incredibly rude. Other post offices would give you tape for a label, they made me remove the tape from the roll set out on the main counter after watching me use it saying it was federal property and I would have to pay to mail it with that tape on the label. Destroyed the label.

If I could give zero stars, you know I would. This is the rudest post office I’ve ever been to. Quite literally these women have not one F to give, and are treating customers like they hate them.Manuela helps us. She asked us to prounce out last name. My husband does. She laughs , and says, “That’s too long.” This is not a comment that is acceptable in any setting, but abhorrent when it’s said in front of a child who has the same last name. It represents our family, our culture, our heritage. If you are trying to provide culturally competent care, (which any agency that represents the government should be trying to provide), this is not the comment you make. My husband simply responds, “It’s not too long.” She looks visibly upset, and proceeds to be rude and abrasive in her tone and dismissive hand-waving for the duration of the appointment. All of this with our child present who is confused as to why this lady is “being mean.”Read their reviews. This is not an isolated incident. It’s what they’re known for.Disgraceful experience. Never going back.

Had a fine experience here on a Friday afternoon. Parking along the side and a larger lot in the back, also some street parking in front. A mailbox on the street in front and slots for mail inside too. A counter inside with 3 agents when I was there.
