Largely incompetent, unprofessional and inconsiderate staff. They claim they don't have printer toner and expect patients to assume their printing costs. Very nice staff and technicians, and overall a good experience despite my being one of the most claustrophobic people on the planet. Thank you, Open MRI. Now I hope the scan shows nothing in my head 😜
