Was there some problem? I sat outside for 25 minutes 25 minutes with only one car in front me. Only 1 teller inside for everyone. Maybe they don’t have managers who are willing to take overflow? Absolutely horrible service. I’ve been with this bank for 30 years and it just keeps getting worse. I am sure with a one star rating to get a perfunctory automated call. It’s my fault for not changing.

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT THEY ARE UNDERSTAFFED AND YOU WILL BE WAITING. My wait time was 1hr. But u can’t fault the system that’s set up not for them to have help.

Enormous line with a single cashier (as, mysteriously, two other cashiers just sort of kibbitz behind the counter and not help any customers).

I scheduled an appointment for 9:00 am I had been told I will be the first customer who gets assistant.and when I came to the bank at 9:00 I had to wait until 10:15 because they take care of a different customer who didn't have an appointment.

I fully agree with the previous review. Needed to do something urgently and urgent means i could not make an appointment. Spoke to a young lady who is the manager but she had an attitude of no appointment no service. I have had my business account with WF since 2013 - its time to find a bank who understands what customer service means!!!!

Great experience getting help from banker Eli and manager (Yanni I believe was her name?). In and out promptly with courteous service. They were able and happy to accommodate a last minute appointment after going to my local branch where there was no banker in the afternoon.

This is one of the most horrible branches that I have ever been helped. The young tellers do their best to help but the management is horrible. (people above them) However, this branch is never open to help their customers, at the window is a long line the waiting process is more than 25 to 35 minutes. All this time during Covid they were open suddenly the month of February 2022 they decided to close and you are only allowed to be inside if you have an appointment.. If I could I would avoid business with them!This it's not an excuse for the safety of their customers and employee. You had your branch open in November & December 2021/2022 which was the worst timing but you close the branch now! Smh

Great service, great staff. The manager and her staff are always very helpful and professional, they do water they can to help. I like coming to this branch because it’s clean and organized.

Terrible service. I had a similar experience as a previous poster (Dominique D.). The banker I was working with was Zulay who was incredibly unhelpful. After speaking with her, I called the WF 24/7 banker line who confirmed that we were given incorrect information at this location and to report it to the manager immediately.

Really bad service. Manager doesn’t even know what she’s doing and can’t explain anything accurately. She gave up trying and wanted to set an appointment for something that’s urgent and she was completely aware. Very incompetent group of people at that bank. Hope Wells Fargo Corp takes a look at them.

My son and I had an appointment for 1 hour. The person we met with was not able to provide us what we needed so we asked for option B. She said we had to make another appointment for our other option. It was 20 mins into the appointment and she said the other option which is to open a joint account for us both existing customers would take more than 40 mins so we would have to make another appointment. We both walked out feeling that she rushed us out so that she could take lunch. We went to the branch in Aspen Hill and was able to open the joint account quickly and with much better customer service. The attitude of the person at the Congressional Plaza branch was horrible.

Had a superb experience at this branch.Mr. Foulke helped me out significantly! I was lucky enough to have him notarize my document. Thank you to the manager and teller as well. I appreciate the entire team there!
